Chapter 25

I open my eyes and see Kyle next to me. He's awake, his beautiful sleepy eyes staring at me. -"Good morning beautiful"- he says with a small smile. -"Morniiiiing"- I say, burying my face on his chest.

"How did you sleep?"- he asks as he plays with my hair. -"Good and you?"- I ask now looking up at him. -"Never better"- he responds making me melt into his arms.

Waking up next to him feels amazing. I wish we could wake up next to each other every day. Maybe in the future..

"Are you ready to get up?"- he asks. -"Mhm"- I nod and we both get up. We wash our faces and brush our teeth together.

He helps me comb my hair as I look at him through the mirror. He is so concentrated. That's adorable. Doing our morning routine together is now one of my favorite things to do now.

When we're done, we head downstairs to eat breakfast. I put my hair into a bun so it doesn't fall on my face while I'm cooking.

I begin to cook something for us and Kyle sits behind the counter, watching me. -"I wish you could cook for me every day"- he says and I laugh. -"Can you help me real quick?"- I ask.

He gets up and comes from behind, hugging me. He buries his face on my neck, his messy hair tickling me. -"This is not helping at all"- I say and he chuckles into my neck.

He stays like that for a minute and then helps me finish cooking our meal. We sit on the table and eat breakfast while laughing at each other about random things.

"Why do you have to go?"- he asks looking at me as I get ready. -"Because I haven't seen my friend since summer break started. I need to catch up with her"- I respond while checking myself one last time in the mirror.

"Why does it have to be today? You can catch up later"- he whines. -"Because she came back yesterday and I want to see her. It will only take an hour or two and then you can take me to that date you were talking about"- I say smiling.

"What am I supposed to do without you for two hours"- he says rolling his eyes. -"I don't know, hang out with your friends maybe?"- I question.

"Don't want to"- he shakes his head. -"I only want to hang out with you"- he whines again. I'll admit, I really like this side of him. He's so soft sometimes. I can't help but fall harder for him.

"You act like you're addicted to me or something"- I joke walking towards the bed where he's sitting.

"Everyone has an addiction. Mine just happens to be you"- he says making my smile grow. I'm so in love with this man.

"I won't be long. I promise"- I assure him for the hundredth time. I bend down to  kiss him. He puts his hand on the back of my neck pulling me closer.

He lays on the bed and I'm now on top of him. His hands go to my sides, gripping on my hips as I sit on his lap. The kiss becomes passionate and intense.

To bad I have to end the fun for now. -"Okay! I have to go now or I'll be late"- I say as I pull away. He frowns and I peck his lips one last time.

"I'll be back before you know it"- I say as I walk out of the room. He mumbles something under his breath and I can't quite make out what he's saying. I ignore it and head to meet Ava.

"I missed you so much Boo"- Ava says while giving me a really tight hug. -"I missed you too! How have you been?"- I ask.
