Chapter 67: Kill

Zara's P. O. V.

"TELL me what is happening!"

 Umalingawngaw ang sigaw ko sa sariling opisina. Ang espiya ko na nasa loob ng centro ay hinihingal na dumating sa akin.

  I can't focus on anything, I needed to figure out and save Xaria Lin Menoa, and this happened....

"T-The end....The end is coming....."

"W-what do you mean?"

Bigla akong naalarma nang biglang may tumagas na dugo mula sa noo nito at biglang bumagsak sa mismong harapan ko. Napatayo ako bigla at napatungo sa kinaroroonan nito. Dito ko nakita ang malaking sugat sa likod ng ulo nito. Nanghina ako at napanganga.

"Jab...W-What happened to you?"

Hinawakan ko ang palad nito na duguan rin. Nanginginig ako. Jab serves me for already ten years.

"The c-cursed wall opened. Ashanti Deirov is ressurected. The whole Centro is in c-chaos."

Sobrang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko dahil sa nginig at takot. Sinikap kong hanapin ang rasyonal na parte ng utak ko at kumalma.

"Hang on Jab, healing mages will come soon."

Wala sa sariling naikuyom ko ang kamao ko sa galit habang ang isang kamay ay nakadiin sa sugatang ulo ni Jab. Hindi masyadong malalim ang sugat pero sapat ito para mapatay siya dahil sa dami ng dugo na nalalagas sa kanya.

Naglalakbay ang utak ko.

Kaya ba gusto ng Centro na patayin ang Menoa dahil dito?

Zia Menoa is an arcane stage mage, Xaria Lin Menoa has the ability to summoned the stygians, lastly, their mother whose ability is still unknown.

Their blood is tainted with holiness as well the darkness.

Is this the reason why Xarious let me plunder Xaria's ability to control time? He knew all along that Ashanti can be ressurected through Xaria?

What's happening? I already did everything for their sake.

"Z-Zara---"nanlaki ang mata ko nang magsalita pang muli si Jab pero nauwi sa pag-ubo ng dugo.

"Don't force yourself stupid!" Hindi niya ako pinakinggan.

"C-Centro know all along that I-I am a spy. D-Daero Froilan..... he's p-planning to go to the diableries territory."

Sandaling nablangko ang utak ko.

"I-I can't let that happen....."

    Not now.... but.....

"But..all along Daero knew that you're my spy?"

             Pilit ang pagtango niya,pero nanatili akong tulala. If Daero knew it, how long has it been?

 Simula nang mamatay si Xarious, ay naglagay na ako ng sampung espiya sa loob ng Centro. 

      Daero and I shared the same ability which is plunder. Other than that, he's also a water element mage. Plunder is our hidden abilities that is passed down through the generation of Froilan clan. Even though we're brothers I'd been chosen to train and find the person who can kill the cursed of Ashanti. I've been consider as if I'm not part of Froilan clan.

     Daero might knew all along that I have a spy inside the Centro, yet he didn't contradict me when Zenia and I fight against Centro to save Menoa's family. Centro has been an eyesore to the Menoa's family, but if they really wanted to kill Menoas, why did they wait for Xaria to turn  fifteen years old? what is it for? to know her symbol ? Knowing Daero's ability,power and connection... He can wipe out Menoas clan in just a snap.

     What's his plan?

    Do Daero believes that Xaria Lin Menoa can obtained the power of Stygians? Then why did he let it happen? Unless.....

   He wanted to kill Xaria and steal her ability?

   Kasabay ng pagkuyom ng kamao ko ang pagdating ng mga healer. Kinuha nila si Jab sa balikat ko. Akmang tatayo na sana ako pero hinawakan ni Jab ang braso ko.

"Don't go there Zaras, it's dangerous," 

Ngumiti ako para mapawi ang nag aalalang mukha ni Jab.

"It's fine. Its just, I need to stop Daero. I'm the only one who can stop everything."

     Xaria and Ashanti is one. There's a possibility that Xaria is actually the cursed all this time.

  Ngunit naisip na namin ito, na baka ang ritwal na magpapalabas sa itinakda ang isinilang na papatay sa lahat. But we hold to the chance that maybe, maybe if we awaken it before Ashanti, our fate might change.

     I needed to kill Xaria Lin Menoa to stop this.

    I can't let Daero or Ashanti kill her first.
