Chapter 7 - Change of Heart.

While the boys performed at a concert, Ray Ray decided to call Kiloni and told her to meet her at his hotel room. Kiloni arrived there roughly 5 minutes after they both texted each other, and she seen the marks on Ray Ray's face. She gasped out of shock because it was her first reaction to seeing hisface so marked up, so bruised, and so battered.

"Oh my god Ray Ray what happened to you?" Kiloni shouted. "And weren't you supposed to do a performance today?"

"Come in, Kiloni." He said as he snatched her inside, and shut the door. The two walked over to the the two beds inside of the room, and sat across from each other.

"Star. Me and her got into a fight." Ray Ray said lowly.

"You guys fought each other?"

"Well, I didn't hit her back." He said as he looked on the floor. "I never hit her back. I just let her do it."

"Ray Ray what the hell do you mean that you just let her do it?" Kiloni snapped. "And what do you mean  by 'you never hit her back.'?"

Ray Ray kept his eyes on the floor. He had to do it because he knew that if he looked up at Kiloni, he was start to cry. And he didn't want to cry in front of her. He never liked crying in front of anyone.

"Has she done this before?" 

"A few weeks before we left for tour." Ray Ray mumbled, getting choked up. "She just....she gets so angry and when I try to calm her down, she brutally beats me. She gets so vicious that she looks possessed half of the time. It scares the shit out of me and i'm a boy."

"Oh my gosh Ray Ray...." Kiloni said as she covered her mouth.

"But I can't hit her back. I'm not going to do it, either." Ray Ray said as he shook his head. "And after all of this, I refuse to leave her. It's like I have "Battered Housewife" syndrome or something. I keep telling myself that she's gonna stop, she's gonna stop, she's gonna stop, and it only continues to get worse."

"Ray Ray this is a form of abuse!"

"What?" He laughed. "Naw I ain't getting abused..."

"Ray Ray if she abused you like this, then you're being abused." Kiloni nodded. "This isn't just something that can happen with women. It can also happen with boys and me-"

"Look Kiloni I said that i'm not being abused, alright?" Ray Ray shouted, startling her. He stared angrily at her for a few seconds, then took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry, Kiloni. I just......I don't know what to do."

"I do." Kiloni said as she stood up, and made her way towards the door.

"No no no no no! NO!" Ray Ray shouted as he jumped up and ran in front of the door. "You can't tell her, Kiloni! Please don't!"

"And why not, Ray? Do you want her to keep doing it?"

"I don't want her to leave me!" Ray Ray yelled as tears streamed down his face. "Please! I'll get on my knee's and beg you, Kiloni. Please!"

Kiloni seen the pain in Ray Ray's eyes. She opened her arms and gave him a large hug as he broke down in her arms. Never in her life did she picture Ray Ray being this emotional. She always seen him as the 'bad ass' along with Roc. But she was getting in touch with his sensitive side, and all he needed was a little comfort.

By sunset, Roc, Princeton, and Madison came back to the room with 3 large bags of Chinese food. There they seen Ray Ray laying in his bed, staring at the ceiling. They all gasped at Ray Ray's gashes and marks on his face, then jumped back when they seen just how serious it was. Ray Ray lifted up then covered his face with his hands.
