Morning came quickly, and Adonis woke up to a string of messages from Jade T who was clearly pissed off. He even had three missed calls from her which were all in the space of the last two hours. Whilst Jade had been going crazy in London, Adonis had been knocked out in a deep sleep next to Hazel, who was also snoring away peacefully.
So you're out here calling bitches your wife? That's what you're doing out in Portugal?
09:52Why would you say stuff like that if you know how I feel about you? You said we'd have a chat when you get back.
09:52Are you sleeping with her?
09:54I feel like you're playing with me! I don't have energy for time wasters!
09:56You know how your fans are. Why would you call her your wife when you know we're talking? Like are you serious? You're hurting my feelings and I don't think you even care. I haven't done anything to deserve this from you. You know how socials are and you know that they'll make a story out of this. It's already all over Instagram.
10:05Are you ignoring me? Please don't treat me like this! I just want to talk to you. Call me back
10:20Adonis! I've called you twice already and you keep ignoring me. I just don't understand this. First you flew the bitch out. I didn't give you hell for it. Then you get on live and start telling her you'll ice her out. You're making me look like a dickhead.
10:50So I gave you head after our date and now you're already over me? You was talking all this shit about how you're feeling me and now I can't even get a text or call back?
11:10Adonis couldn't believe how many messages she'd sent. Like was everything okay back home? Was she sane? Because right now he was getting a very different picture. Not only was she abusing the fact that she had his number, but she was also doing a whole lot of assuming and that was something Adonis didn't like. If anything, the way she was acting was throwing him off completely.
He looked over at Hazel who was still asleep and his heart fluttered at the sight of her. Her short hair was a bunch of curls right now and her skin was glowing. She was the type of girl you just wanted to give the world to. But she wasn't allowing him to be there for her the way he wanted to. Settling for a friendship with her was harder than he thought it was going to be; looking at someone and craving them the way he craved Hazel was crazy, and he found himself wondering if she felt even an ounce of what he felt for her. He had always felt deeply for Hazel, even as kids, but now that he was older, it was shocking to think that those feelings had intensified on his end.
Adonis ran his hands through Hazel's messy curls before shaking her awake gently by the shoulders.
Hazel popped her eyes open and smiled small, then ran her hands through her mess of hair. She couldn't even be bothered to do anything to it. Today she was going to wash it then leave it out in it's natural curly state. People at Afronation were going to be forced to look at her natural hair today. She didn't give a heck. "Morning... friend." Hazel grinned with teeth. She noticed Adonis roll his eyes at her and scoff dramatically.
"I'm not your friend." He told her.
Hazel rose her brow in humour at his response; "Yes you are."
"You think it's funny but I'm really trying to wife you." Adonis admitted as he looked her in her eyes.
"Adonis..." Hazel sighed. It was funny when he started talking but now it looked like he was being serious and he was making this harder than it needed to be. For now she had made her choice and she wasn't changing her mind. "You said you didn't mind being friends."
