The weather in London was quite chilly for a summer day, but one could argue that it was personifying the tragedy that had swam its way into Don's life.

Adonis had hopped on a first class flight back to London as soon as he'd received the tragic news about his older brother. It had all happened so unexpectedly and he was in so much pain that even a stranger would be able to feel his deep routed sorrow.

When he stepped out of Hazel's room back in Portugal, it was to call back Michael who was Eros' closest friend. He had left about five missed calls by the time Adonis saw it, so he knew that it must've been urgent. Michael wasn't the type to call out of nowhere.

Once Adonis got on the call with him, all he heard were the choked sobs of Eros' best friend, and straight away he knew. He just knew that something bad had happened to his brother. His thoughts were confirmed when Michael told him that his brother had been stabbed to death in Prison. He wasn't able to give all the details on how it happened, because he didn't know, but apparently it had been done by some younger who had just recently been incarcerated who was an opp.

The information had Adonis losing his mind when he first heard it. After he came back into the room and he uttered the words out loud, it was like something in him switched. He started punching the wall as if it would take away the pain he was feeling, only to break down in both tears and anger at his brothers early departure. It wasn't supposed to be like this.

He had lost every single man in his life, the first one being his dad. Only God knew where that guy was, it wouldn't even be surprising if one day he found out he was dead. And now he had lost his older brother - the only father figure he had ever truly had. When he first got sentenced, Adonis had felt like a huge part of him had been taken away. Eros had never been perfect, and he may've not been the best influence, but he had always kept an eye out for his younger brother, and he would've died before he let someone mistreat him. Now that Eros was really gone, Adonis felt like his heart had been ripped out of his chest. He'd been going so hard with his music to feed his mum and his brother... he wanted Eros to be proud of him. But now that he was gone, who was he even doing this for?

"Come on Adonis. At least eat this fruit if you don't want any food." Hazel encouraged as she left him a bowl of grapes, pineapples and kiwis on the table.

Earlier when he was scrolling through socials he nearly lost the plot. There were people who were offering condolences and people who were chatting shit of their ass saying he'd been sacrificed. It was mind boggling to think that people could be so cruel with the assumptions they made, especially since people didn't think about how it affected other individuals. Hazel had logged him out of both Twitter and Instagram for his own sanity and practically forbid him from logging in.

Hazel had flown back to London with Adonis without him having to ask. It wasn't something that anyone would've needed to push her to do; she saw Adonis in pain and couldn't let him deal with it alone.

As soon as they touched London, they were in an Uber to Adonis' mum's house. And although she had planned on dropping him there then taking an Uber back to hers so that Adonis could have some time to grieve with his mother, when she saw the state of his mum, there was no way she could leave. It seemed like neither one of them were strong enough to be alone, so she ended up staying over so that she could help out and keep the house clean whilst the two mourned. She also took it upon herself to make them meals so that they wouldn't starve to death.

"I'm good." He told her without opening his eyes. He was laying flat in his bed with his forearm over his forehead and his eyes closed. He hadn't been doing much talking lately, and although he hadn't said it, he appreciated everything Hazel had done without him asking.
