Melikşah's POV
"Sultanım!"
"Elçin..."
"Why do you torment yourself so much? I'm here, always..."
"Elçin, artık git me.."
"Sultanım, I think my part is over. Don't torment yourself anymore. Don't! Take care. Hoşcakal..."
"Hayir..hayir! Git me. Elçin!"
I screamed and woke up.
"Ya rabbim, what did I just see?"
Placing a hand over my chest I consoled myself that it was just a nightmare. I had just shut my eyes for a few minutes. But then got up and went in search of her.
I asked our soldiers and they informed that they had searched long distances. But I wasn't content. How could I be content unless I search everywhere myself?
With the hope, in the darkness I crossed a little more distance and with a candle in my hand.
While they were searching around, I was on my horse going around.
My eye caught something on the ground that reflected due to the candle light. I got off the horse and picked it. It was the ring, the ring which was the first present from her.
"Allahu Akbar..." by then I could hear the sound of an adhaan. It was the fajr adhaan. Someone was giving it nearby.
It couldn't be mere coincidence but a sign from him. The ring and the adhaan at the same time...
I shed tears at his mercy, how easily he guided me. Kissed the ring and placed it inside my belt so as to not lose it.
All I understood that time was that if one loses patience and hope, it all ends. I cried to him to not snatch away my hope, perhaps he answered my prayer.
"Ya Rabbim, çok şukur. If you've brought me here, I trust that you'll carry me further."
From there, we couldn't track footsteps but tried every possible direction. After crossing a little more distance, we came across the mosque.
"Sultanım, how long will we keep going like this? There are again so many paths from here. Where 'll we go?" A soldier asked.
"The ring, the adhaan and the mosque, everything is a sign from him." I thought to myself.
"We'll offer prayer here and then go straight. One of you can stay with Burçak."
Prostrating to him, I cried.
Raised my hands in prayer and cried to him,
"Ya Rabbim, if you've brought me here, don't let my hope fade away. It's been almost a day. Lütfen.."
After prayer, we left straight. A few minutes later, what we saw to the left, and behind the bushes were a few pillars, we went towards it.
That sight made my heartbeat stop for a few seconds. Initially, I stood staring at her condition whilst Burçak and the soldiers untied her hands, and then ran towards her.
"Elçin!"
Her wrists had bled. Her eyes were partially open and lips trembled as I rested her head on my chest.
"Ben geldim! Geldim.. Nothing is going to happen. Ben burdayim.."
And covered her head with the shawl of her turban which was on the ground.
I lifted her in my arms and went towards our horses.
Tried to enclose her in my arms, as much as possible so as to never let her go.
"Beni Vurup Yerde Birakma Elçin!" I screamed while she was still in my arms, her head resting on my chest but her face that had turned pale.
My heart cried with the fear of losing her.
Carried her on the horse with me, her face rested over my shoulder and arm around my neck. I held her waist with my arm whereas rided the horse with the other.
"Beni Vurup Yerde Birakma Elçin! Birakma...." I cried whispering to her as we crossed the paths.
My heart was relieved when we reached the tents and she was still breathing. The sun had risen.
"Hadi çabuk!"
I screamed to the healers.
A little while later, one of the healers came out of the tent.
"Neoldu, how is she?"
"She is fine now, Sultanım. We've prepared the soup and paste. Inşallah, she 'll heal soon."
I sobbed placing my hands over my face.
"Allahım, çok şükür! Çok!"
I was a little hesitant to enter her yurt at that moment. Burçak went to look after her.
"Sultanım, we've learned who is behind this. While we were on our way, we caught a man." a soldier came running.
"Kim?" I shouted.
"Markus!"
I wasn't surprised but at the same time it was quite unexpected. The rage in me grew even more.
"Let me find him once. Each one of them will pay for this. Sultan Melikşah's punishment will be so severe this time, that they'll cry for death!"

A/N :
I had created this edit months back on 'Beni Vurup Yerde Birakma' the line which Melikşah has used in this chapter.
In the edit, it was Elçin who cried deep inside.
But here, in this chapter, it was Melikşah.
It's just one line, but kind of sums up their beautiful story
(English and Spanish subs present)
Artık gitme - Don't go anymore
Ben geldim - I came
Burdayim - I'm here
Beni Vurup Yerde Birakma Elçin - Don't shoot me and leave me down, Elçin
Çabuk - Hurry up
Çok şukur - Very fortunately
