I hung out with Pansy for the rest of the time before the party. We worked on our homework before the party so we wouldn't have to do any over the weekend. After that we headed down to dinner with Draco and Blaise.

Draco was still iffy about this whole relationship thing with Tom and I. I guess he was just trying to be protective of me, I mean he is my friend. He was just trying to be protective. I was trying not to think much of it, he'll get over it soon.

Once we finished eating dinner, Pansy and I headed up to our dorm and started getting ready. I got changed into a black sweater and a plaid green skirt. I put on a natural look for makeup along with winged eyeliner.

Pansy wore black ripped jeans and a dark green crop top. She also did a natural makeup look with eyeliner like me.

"Are you all ready?" Pansy asks me.

"Yeah, one sec," I said while picking up my perfume and squirting a small bit all over me, "Okay, let's go."

We both walked downstairs to the common room where most people were already. Music was blasting on the speaker as always, people were dancing. Others were in small groups talking and drinking.

"Come on! Draco and Blaise are over there." Pansy dragged me by the arm over to Draco and Blaise. Both of them were wearing black suits, along with someone next to them.

"Hey guys," Draco smiled and took a drink from his cup. He put an arm around me, "Victoria, I'd like to introduce you to my friend, Alex" He said while pointing over to the boy who had been standing there. He had sleek black hair and dark eyes. He wore a white button up and black pants.

"Hello, nice to meet you," He held out his hand for me to shake. Our hands intertwined.

"Nice to meet you too." I smiled and shook his hand.

We all talked in a group and then everyone started heading different places. Draco and Pansy left to go outside and Blaise started talking to some random girl, leaving me and Alex alone.

"I've never seen you around before." Alex commented.

"Same." I nodded my head.

"Maybe we could get to know each other a little bit. Let's go up to my dorm, we could have a little chat." He smirked. We both walked upstairs side by side. He opened the door to his dorm, letting me in.

"You can sit down on the bed if you'd like." He pointed to his bed. I walked over and sat down. He followed me and sat down next to me.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" I asked.

"Oh, I didn't want to talk. I actually was thinking something else."
