4 years later...
And here I am, 4 years later, attending my fifth year of Hogwarts. Happy and proud of how far I've come. Here's to a new year of spells and potions. Here's to a new year in the Slytherin house, or if you would like to call it, "The best and most badass house of all time."
"Do you have everything," Dad asks while we walk over to platforms 9 and 10, "Wand? Robe? Dexter?"
Dexter is my owl from Hogwarts. Yet he is the most stubborn owl I've ever met. Like I ever met a dozen owls. Dexter in the only owl I've known in my lifetime.
"Dad, I've got everything, trust me. I checked my bag the night before." I reassured him.
"Great. I just making sure." He says and leans up against a brick wall.
"Well...." I stall, "I should go... I don't want to be late for the train. Draco, Blaise, and Pansy are probably waiting for me on the other side."
"I'm so proud of you, Victoria. Your mom would be too." He says and sadly smiles when he mentions my mom.
My mom died in a car crash when I was 7. It saddens me whenever I hear about her, but my dad is much sadder than I am. He loved her so much. We both still miss when she would play her Beatles records in the living room. Sometimes we pull them out and listen to them. To bring back good memories of her and her loving soul.
"I know." I wipe away the rim of tears in my eyes and hug him, "Bye dad, see you soon."
"You look just like your mother. A young beautiful woman." A tear streams down his check, he wipes it away quickly.
"It's 10.50," I look down at my black watch, "I should go, see you." I hug my dad one more time before grabbing my cart and running through the wall.
Once I got on the other side. I saw Hogwarts Express and the sign that said Platform nine and three quarters. Draco, Blaise, and Pansy we're standing in a circle. Draco makes eye contact with me and yells out, "Hey, Victoria! Over here."
A few people look at Draco, then look over at me who is standing there with my cart in my bare hands. I walk over to them, my checks stained a light pink color. I've told him a million times not to do that. I never liked anyone introducing me in front of hundreds of people.
"Draco!" I slap him on the arm, "Don't do that again or I'll pull out you're eyes out of your sockets!" I threatened him.
"What's so bad about greeting my friend?" He throws an arm around me with a smile planted on his face, "Haven't seen you in three months, what's new?"
"Nothing much.." I stutter, "I basely just stayed in my room, listened to music. That's pretty much it. The highlight of my summer is going to Italy with my dad. You guys?
"Nothing much." They all replied at different times.
"It's 10.55 guys, we should be boarding right now." Pansy looked at the big clock near the sign that said platform nine and three quarters.
"Lets go." Draco says walking into the train, the three of us follow behind him.
"Let's go to the back," Draco requests, "That way will get the most air conditioning."
We all nod our heads and follow him to the very back of the train. The back seat was taken my other Slytherins. Draco cussed at them, but I stopped him before there was a fight. We sat in the seats in front of them. Draco and Blaise sit on one side, Pansy and I sit on the other.
