~ A few months ago in Prato, Italy. Yan Xing Cheng, an international financial investor and his two aides jointly intercepted back the defrauded funds for the Water family, Mr. Walter offered a reward, but Yan Xing Cheng declined and also offered help to find his own sister Zhuang Xin Yan, who had been missing for many years.
