"Happy birthday to you!! Happy birthday to you!! Happy birthday Little Fire!! Happy birthday to you" Sirius sang placing the dark chocolate cake in front of their now 4 year old daughter.
Ivy had invited the Weasleys over for cake and tea to celebrate Scarlett's birthday, Molly was grateful for the invite and she could finally say yes to the twins pleading of seeing 'Star' as they called her. Bill was now 11 years old and had started Hogwarts, so unfortunately he missed out on the events.
However 8 year old Charlie, 5 year old Percy, the 3 year old twins, 1 year old Ronald, and baby Ginevra all graced the Black family with their appearance.
"The twins haven't stopped talking about Scarlett since you last came over for tea!" Molly laughed motioning towards the twins and Scarlett, where the latter was currently laughing at the formers cake covered faces.
"Maybe I'll be lucky and one of your boys will fall in love with my daughter there Mols" Ivy laughed innocently she already knew who it would be, and she just couldn't fathom how Fred Weasley one of the sweetest little boys ever could've possible broken the older version of her daughter so much.
"I could only hope for a daughter in law as sweet as Lottie over there. You know Ivy I've been meaning to ask. Ronald and Ginerva still need godparents and I was wondering if you and Sirius wou-"
Sirius cut Molly off excitedly as he could hear her from the other end of the table where he conversed with Arthur, most likely due to canine abilities. "We'll do it!! I get to be a godfather again!!" Sirius squealed like a school girl, making Ivy roll her eyes at her idiot of a husband.
Hours had gone by and it was already dark out by the time the Weasley family had left. Ivy was just finished putting the dishes away, while Sirius dressed Scarlett up in the charmed leather jacket he had often her. Since Scarlett had recently taken a liking to her dads jacket, Sirius had one made for herself, although this one would continue to change sizes and get bigger and she did. That along with the star shaped locket, Ivy and him both got her, were probably by far 2 out of 3 of the most memorable presents Scarlett Black would ever receive.
Then came the Phoenix Patronus, Dumbledore.
"Lily and James Potter are dead, Voldemort killed them tonight along with trying to kill the boy. However Harry Potter remains intact and the dark lord no where to be found, Harry Potter has defeated the dark lord as the prophecy states. I announce my deepest apologies for the lost lives of Lily and James l, they truly were brilliant people"
Then the Phoenix disappeared. "No no no no, Sirius tell me I'm dreaming!!!" Ivy cried, her hair manically changing colours between red and blue. Running down the hall to their bedroom I've ripped through her shoes till she found the white box and as she removed the charm bracelet out of it there laying in the bottom of the box were the charms of Lily and James, a Lily flower, and a stag.
