Next Saturday, early morning
Chahee's apartmentThe black-haired sleepily dragged her feet towards the cupboard in the kitchen to make herself a cup of coffee. She wasn't able to get herself proper sleep for some nights now, thinking about Jennie and what Rosé said about Jennie.
Lisa almost dropped her mug when a sweet voice greeted her behind. "Do you have any plans for the morning?"
"I... why?" Lisa breathed in and out.
Jrnnie peered on her phone as she replied, "I need to visit this museum. For my homework next week. And I don't really want to go there alone.."
"Why don't you invite Ten? You two dating now right?" Lisa never really intended to say that but she wanted to confirm.
"Yeah, we are. But he's not yet my boyfriend.. And I don't wanna bore him with all this stuff, you know." Lisa immediately regretted bringing up Ten. She turned and began to put coffee powder into her mug.
"So you're making me suffer instead?"
Jennie objected. "Hey, last time I invited you, you fairly enjoyed the concert.."
That's mainly because I was with you, Lisa thought. She poured some hot water from the thermos into her mug and began stirring.
"That was different," Lisa replied.
"Please, just this morning," Jennie pleaded. Lisa knew she'd give in to her once she saw those puppy hazel eyes and pouty lips. "I'll treat you to lunch and give you a ride to your work. Please."

Hours later, lunchtime
Vegan café in SeoulThe place was almost crowded at lunchtime but they managed to get some good seats overlooking a giant aquarium. It was slightly noisy but the music playing in the background seemed to mute anything unpleasant.
"Thank you for going with me to the museum, Lis."
"Oh.. It's okay, I had some fun," Lisa replied. She really had fun with the brunette. Nothing could make her happier than seeing Jennie happy in her favorite place.
"So...," Jennie began as she eyed her lemonade. "What can you say about Ten?"
Lisa still hadn't recovered from the fact that Jennie has her eyes on a certain guy. "So I'm now like your boyfriend qualifier or something?"
"Well, don't be offended," the brunette immediately replied, wiping her lips with tissue. Lisa realized Jennie was not wearing any makeup but she still looked like an angel. She never needed any, to be honest.
"But you've known him longer than me. I just... What can you say about him?"
Lisa couldn't stop getting hurt. "He's good for you, Jen. You can trust him."
Lisa smiled as she continued, accepting the fact that Jennie was just her friend. "He used to protect me in high school."
"Ten mentioned he also came from Thailand. What did he protect you from?"
"I used to be bullied, you know, because I had a girl friend. And... Ten defended me one time from a senior bully."
"That's nice of him."
And it hurt Lisa when she endorsed him for Jennie. "Yeah, he's real nice. So you don't have to worry."
"First love?"
"What?"
"Your high school girlfriend?"
Lisa only nodded as she nervously ate the leftover fries from Jennie's plate.
