So the bottom of my feet are starting to peel as I do my P-Shifting... They have never peeled before this because self-care is rather important to me. The peeling is pretty cool because it means my shifting is getting more and more successful as I progress, but it is also kind of annoying because then I have to make sure my feet don't bleed (I walk on a lot of rough ground barefoot, so usually, my feet are calloused). Raw skin means more risk of bleeding and infection so I don't want that! (Maybe I'll just wear socks everywhere...)
I have also had more scales appear, mainly on my feet, but also a bit on my arms and face, which means progress! However that's really the extent of it at the moment.
My next chapter will be on M-Shifting! So please, stay tuned :)
Signing off for now,
Magnus~
