Just a quick note to self:

Stop trying to shift so late at night when you are also exhausted!

11pm = tired and therefore bad for shifting

As a result, shift at around 9:45pm / 10pm - 10:45pm as this is optimal time that I am awake.

I can be really stupid / overachieving haha! I need to dial it back.....
