Just a Little Poem I Wrote...

Hola guppies!

I was really stumped for writing ideas and then Apollo suggested I should share some of my ocean poems because they might resonate with you...

I don't know what he meant by that but I trust him and his future-telling abilities (which i have inherited....A blessing and a curse, thanks dad)

Anyway here's the first of what may be many to be posted. I currently have 8 written and saved on my phone which I will post here. Anyway here goes...It's called "Let The Ocean Take Me"

As the waves crash upon the shore

And sweep away shells and sand

And returning to the land new treasures galore

I walk along the beach holding the wave god's hand

Conch shells, tide rise, sunsets and walking real slow

I walk along the beach, happy to be here

For one day the ocean will take me below

And I know there is nothing to fear

I'll swim for eternity under the sea

with nothing but marine life ahead

nothing to fear, just the gods and me

In life there is nothing I dread

Let the ocean take me

To a wild life below the waves

With a new world to be explored by me

It will be me, that swimming saves

Let the tide's ebb and flow wash away my troubles

Let the ocean take me away

To a life underwater, just blowing bubbles

The ocean is where I stay

To the ocean I go

And forever, there I will be

If you must search for me, let me know

For I let the ocean take me
