Hey guppies!
I had the best lunch today! Calamari and Sri Lankan yellow curry prawns. Best food I've had that made me feel like myself in a while. Though I wish I had something a bit more...fresh...it was an amazing meal.
I've noticed that eating seafood really helps you calm your mental flares,
So if you're not allergic to fish, shellfish or any sort of seafood, get your hands on some. It's worth it. Even if it's as simple as a tin or two of tuna with some rice crackers for the extra saltiness.
I always make sure tuna is on my mother's grocery list, but when I run out, I genuinely start feeling depressed (more so than usual). It's a calming food for a lot of merfolk and those who have ocean/water loving spirits.
