Привет guppies!

So just a real quick update:

My legs are spasming, twitching and cramping like crazy and it hurts like hell. This is probably one of three reasons:

1. I need to shift

2. I haven't done my physio exercises

3. All of the above...


My bet is on 3...

Anyway because of what's happening with my legs, I'm p-flaring and scales keep appearing but I really don't want that to happen bc my family is wandering around the house a lot and walk by my room all the time :|

Ah well, I'll shift when all is quiet and asleep.
