Hey guppies!
This is just a check in to make sure you've taken care of yourselves today.
Make sure you eat something healthy, take a relaxing shower/bath, wash your hair, shave if you want, brush your hair and teeth, and get a good night's sleep. When you wake up, make sure you make your bed, and do a small exercise for a minute, such as spot running/jogging or jumping jacks.
Life is pretty rough, and I know how it feels to not want to do anything and just stay in bed all day. But the thing is, taking care of yourself is how you get back up, even if it's not much.
I've been feeling really down, but I push it aside with my goal to get fit for the army (changed the desired service I want to enlist for). I have to do 15 push-ups, 45 sit ups, and reach a score of 7.5 on shuttle runs. It feels impossible because I have no upper body or core strength, but I keep chipping away at my goals. I know you can do the same.
Take care of yourselves, guys, there is always someone who worries about you and is rooting for you to make some progress in regards to self care.
And if you feel like you have no one who cares? I care. I care a lot. I love you. You are amazing. You can do this.
