Elijah

Our families left, leaving Kat to spend the 3 days at my house. I completely have no problem with that, besides it's going to be interesting and safe too. I understood where her mom is coming from, it's not an easy feeling especially when you leave your daughter alone at home, no matter the age or the residential area.

We headed on to the mall where I'll be meeting her friends. Once we arrived and parked the car, she dragged me towards the food court, where she spotted her friends. 2 girls came rushing at Kat, crushing her into a hug, they pulled away after Katrina said she couldn't breath. She then introduced us all. The guys pulled me away, while the girls pulled her away.

"Soo, how long have you been living here?" Tony asks.

"Just a week. So far, it's a cool area." I answer.

"Ah, nice. Where are you originally from?" Dylan asks.

"Phoenix,Arizona."

"Ooh, that's awesome, always warm, right?"Tony asks.

"Yeah, I'm used to the heat. It's alright, lived the for a long time and then moved out." I explained.

"So, what do you do? Cool tattoo by the way." Dylan says, pointing at my sleeve.

"Thanks. For now I'm just finishing up last year of college. What about you guys?"

"Same, what's your major?" Dylan and Tony ask me.

"Engineering." I say, that's all we could talk, because the girls came back towards us..Katrina asks me quietly if everything's okay. I nodded.

"Off to the movie theater!!" The girl, who I assume is Jade announces. Everyone cheers, Katrina grabs my hand and drags me to the theater along with others.

~few hours later..~

By the time we got home, it was pretty late and we were exhausted. I unlocked my house door, letting Katrina walk in first.

"Did you have fun?" Katrina asks me, whilst removing her shoes.

"Yeah. Actually I did. They seem great" I answer truthfully, making her smile.

"Yay" she says and engulfs me into a hug. "I'm glad."

"Yeah." I say.

We headed on upstairs, she'll be sleeping in my room, since the guest bedroom hasn't been furnished yet..

"Alright, feel free to take a shower." I tell her.

"Thanks, I could use one." She says, chuckling lightly.

I grabbed myself a pair of clean clothes and headed on to my parents room to shower.

Katrina

Elijah left to shower, no doubt. We both need a shower. Summer weather makes you sweat that's for sure. I'm glad he had fun, the guys like him for sure. The girls although kept teasing me.. which honestly I didn't mind.

I grabbed my pajamas and clean underwear, as well as my sport bra. I walked into his bathroom, closing the door. I hopped in and showered.

A few minutes later, I came out of the shower, feeling fresh and clean. I got dressed and used the towel to wrap my hair in it.

I put on some fuzzy socks and now I'm currently waiting on Elijah. Soon enough, he appeared.

"Hey, you're done?" He says.

"Yeah, why? Surprised to see a girl out of the shower fast.?" I say, raising an eyebrow.

"Haha, no, well yeah.. usually girls take long showers. But, it's okay." He says.
