As I sat there listening to Paige and Manny. It got me thinking about the future. Do I want to live here or do I move back to Massachusetts?

"As you can see, when I retire, the club is going to be passed down to Paige." Manny says.

"But, I've had a better idea. Well, you know this club and everything that goes around like the back of your hand.. dad and I were thinking, if you're interested, instead of it being passed down to me and me being the Prez, we were thinking of you. Personally, you'd make a better Prez and leader than me. So what do you think?" She asks me, hope filled in her eyes.

I sigh, Manny and Paige looking at each other.

"We know it's a lot. And technically, it would be passed down to the most trusted person in the club. If I didn't think it was a good idea, we wouldn't have suggested it." Manny says. I nod.

"It's a good offer, and I'm your First in Command and you've taught me everything I need to know and more.. and if you think I'm the best fit, then I accept." I answer a short time afterwards.

Manny and Paige both smile widely and rush over to hug me.

"We'll discuss more details coming up in the future. Alright son?" Manny asks.

"Sure pops." I reply.

He nods and pats me on the shoulder. I turn to look at Paige.

"Are you sure?" I ask her.

"If I wasn't, I'd never suggest it. Besides, I see the leadership in you, and I know that you'll protect this club like your own family." She says. I nod at her, pulling her into another hug.

"Thanks Paige."

"No problem. You're family." Paige says.

"Alright. So, how is Kat going to react to this?" Manny says. I shrug..

"Too soon. Give us time. Besides, in a couple of weeks we're flying for a wedding." I tell them.

"Be safe as always." Manny says.

"Of course I will."

"If you need anything, call us." Paige is the one to say this.

"Sure kiddo." I say, making her flip the bird at me. We laugh and leave the office to grab some drinks.

New President of the Club, would that title suit me?. What they said, is true. I've been here longer and know everything, been on way more missions than Blayne. Responsibility of a "First in Command".

I clear my thoughts just as Kat walked in with Sammy.

Would she make a good "Ol' Lady?" Would she even want to be in my life and future?

She greets us all, kissing me on the lips before sitting down. Jules comes around handing everyone their drinks.

"Here's to many more memories." Manny says, raising his glass. We follow his lead.

For the rest of the afternoon, we drank, played cards games, the girls somehow got Katrina to sing, she surprised us. She's got a good singing voice, she had me mesmerized.
