In just a short amount of time, Elijah and I became very close. Is this what love is? Cause I sure think so. After, I had left his house from spending 3 nights there, we hung out the next day, both missing each other.

It seems crazy how a person can meet someone in a short amount of time. When it is the right person, then honestly time doesn't matter, a person can make you feel something in 2 hours, than a person who you've known for 2 years.. the feelings and atmosphere between the 2 comparisons are very different.

Summer is almost ending, so my group of friends and I are going to make the most of it, filled with new adventures and memories. The guys immediately took to Elijah, as well as his best friend Jake. Jake comes to visit every 2-3 weekends and stays for the weekend. I actually went with Elijah's mom to pick out a nice design for the guest bedroom, something not boring but has that homey feeling and of course not dull in any way.

During that trip, his mom asked me if I had feelings for her son. Obviously, I couldn't lie so I confessed, she squealed like a teenage girl, practically engulfing me into a hug and saying all kind things. Of course, I have yet to confess to Elijah. I think we both feel for each other, the question is who is going to confess first?

"Hey girl, you free?" Jade asks me, grabbing my attention.

"Hey, of course." I tell her, while ushering her to sit. She sits down, I noticed that she's feeling a bit down, that raises an alarm. Jade is the one who always cheers others up. So when she is at her low, it's serious.

"Hey, what's wrong?" I ask her, while grabbing her hand, making her look at me.

"I like someone, but I don't know how to confess to them, and what if they don't like me?" She admits.

"Oh honey, if he/she doesn't like you, then it's their loss" I tell her, while hugging her sideways.

"Yeah, you're right." She says, quietly.

Curiosity got the best of me, so I asked her. "Who do you like?"

She looks at me, sighing and opens her mouth to answer. "I like Tony"

My mouth shoots open, I close it fast, seeing her expression. I smile so widely.. because just a week ago, I found out from Elijah that Tony likes Jade but has no idea on how to approach her on this particular matter.

"Girl, y'all would make such a cute couple. I say go for it. What's the worst that could happen? Besides we only live once and it's up to us to choose how we would like to live our lives. You know?" I tell her.

"Yeah! You're completely right. Thanks kitty, love you lots."

"Love you too and no problem." I tell her.
We sit like that for a few seconds, when she decides to go and get it over with.

"I'm going to go do it." She announced.

"Alright. Good luck boo" I tell her. She pecks me on the forehead and with that she's off. I stretched out on my bed.. suddenly it got me thinking..

I wonder who Tessa and Dylan like?...

I sigh, I may not know, unless I ask them..

It's the weekend, and Jake is in town. Him and Elijah went out for a guys night. That's fine, because I get time for myself. I've got a few things to do, before the start of a new school year. With Elijah being distracted, gives me the perfect time and opportunity to do what I want..

When I'm with him, we're either watching movies, going swimming, having lunches and dinners with our families, and when we're alone, well we have sex.. this boy has the stamina of a race car.. my girl isn't cut out for it half of the time.

Just thinking about that, makes me giggle.
I decided to go for a walk, since the weather is not as hot as it was in the morning. I grabbed some slip on shoes, my phone and wireless headphones, heading on out. I stepped out of my house, turning right towards the public park.. music playing in the background, I'm aware of my surroundings, just basking in the sunlight and fresh breeze.. I see the ice cream and decide to get a cone, cause why not, besides who doesn't like ice cream, especially during summertime.

I eat ice cream any season. I don't care, I love it that much.. I paid for the cone and went to sit down at the bench, in front of the lake. Yes, that's correct, our public park has a lake, where ducks swim in. It's not really for us people to swim in, hence the ducks..

So peaceful...
