When I woke up today and went to the club, I definitely was not expecting to see Katrina, let alone get punched in the face that's for sure.

I walked in to the club, I noticed a new person, of course it's difficult not too, especially with her vibrant dark blue hair. But, as soon as the person turned around, she dropped the cup she was holding, shattering and making a loud noise.

She seemed to recognize me, way before I did, she came close. That's when it hit me.

Katrina!

She was here, in front of my eyes, looking like a whole new person, she punched me as soon as I said her name, Paige came over, I confirmed that this was the mysterious Kat. She laughed and smacked me.

After a little comment from Kat, I told her to follow me.

We stepped out, I turned and faced her. She crossed her arms, tapping with her foot waiting on me.

"How come you're here?" I ask the first thing that came to my mind.

"After you had left, I waited for you, which turned me into a somewhat of a depressed person, so my parents thought the best thing for me would be to come and spend time with my aunt.. hence why I'm here.. I arrived yesterday." She explained.

"Aunt? Wait...is Aunt Julie the Julie you were talking to on the phone?" I ask. Kat nods.

"How come you're here?" Katrina asks me.

"My godfather is the Prez of the club. Paige is his daughter." I respond.

"Mm, cool. So, are you going to explain?"

"Yeah, you deserve it. Have a seat." I gestured to the porch swing. She sat down, no hesitation.

I sat beside her and began to explain the whole ordeal from taking the whole cartel down, to having being lowkey and not being able to have much contact, all the way to the fact I didn't have the heart to take away the light from her eyes.

That's the first thing I noticed though, the light in her eyes is not there..shows that I screwed up big time..

After I was done explaining everything. She remained quiet for just a few seconds.

"Damn!" She says, breaking the silence. "For real?"

I nodded, she nodded in returned. Getting up from the seat. She chuckled dryly.

"I get the whole being lowkey while being on a dangerous mission and all, but you could've at least left me a note.. you don't realize that I spent all this time waiting for you. Every day, I sat at the bay window, looking out in hopes that you'd return. Who knew what faith had in store for us." She says.

"I understand. I am really sorry." I say, getting up and going towards her. I cupped her cheek, making her look at me. Her eyes a bit watery. "I regret not telling you, I was a coward. You make me feel completely different, you bring out these feelings I've never experienced before. That's why I couldn't tell you. In the end, I was the one who took the light out of your eyes. I am sorry."

She doesn't say anything, as a tear falls down her face. I pulled her into a hug, her arms wrapped around me, tightly, afraid of losing me. Eventually, we pulled away.

"Don't leave me again, I wouldn't be able to bare it." She says, looking at me sternly.

"I promise." I say, bringing a slight smile on her face. "Love the new look by the way."
