Katrina

As we returned our focus back to the group, they all looked at us in awe.

"What?" I ask, confused.

"Nothing, y'all just look really great together" Paige says.

"Oh, uh... thanks." I replied back.

"So, are wedding bells in your future?" Sadie asks, along with Luci nodding.

Before I could say anything, Elijah answers.

"Actually, yeah."

My eyes widen and I looked at him quickly. The girls squealed.

"Wait, really?" I ask.

"Yeah, I see a future where we grow old and have kids. Why? Do you not?" He asks me.

"Oh." I clear my throat. "I haven't really thought about it."

"Well, it's true. If you think, that you'll be my girlfriend forever, you're wrong." He says, turning to me. My eyes become a bit teary and my heart melts.

I couldn't speak, so I only nodded.

The girls squealed. "Oh my Gosh!!! That would be so awesome. You'd be a beautiful bride."

"Yes, she would." Once again, Eli answers. I blushed and nodded.

"Wait, but didn't your friends get married?" Eli asks me.

"Oh, yes. They went to the city hall and signed the marriage certificate and got their license. But, they haven't made an actual wedding party.. they both worked hard to save money for a big wedding celebration." I explained.

"Cool. Honestly." The girls replied.

"Yeah." I say.

We chatted about some other things.

"Hey Eli, how's Ethan doing?" Paige asks.

Elijah

"Hey Eli, how's Ethan doing?" Paige asks me.

"He's good. Enjoying school, that's for sure."

"Yeah, he's a cute little goofball." Kat says.

She already met him, while I was away.

"I bet." Paige says, then turns to her boyfriend. "Shall we go?"
Jaxson nods.

"Alright gang, we're calling it a night. Talk to you guys tomorrow."

"Sure. Night brother, night Paige." I bid them night. Others followed. Looking down at Kat, I see her slowly dozing off.

"Shall I take you home?" I ask.

"Hm...oh. yes please." She replies. I chuckled and helped her up.

We bid good night to others and left. Borrowing the clubs truck, Kat got in and I did too.

"Lean on me" I say. She nods and scoots closer, leaning her head on my shoulder. Putting the gear in drive, and drove off.

I pulled up to her house, carrying her upstairs to her bed. Julie covering her with the blanket.

"She okay?" Julie asks me after leaving her room.

"Yes, she's just sleepy. She was dozing off at the club." I answer her.

She nods. "What's the bandaid for?" She asks me.

"Kat told the group about her condition, and she demonstrated that a simple cut she can't even feel. Unlike, us, which we can. Cause small cuts usually sting." I explained.

"Okay. Thanks."

"You're welcome. Anyways, have a good night." I say.

"You too. Thanks for taking care of her and dropping her off."

"No problem." With that, I waved and walked out, getting inside the truck, driving back to the club, and grabbing my bike.

Once at home too, I undressed and went to sleep.

Quickly falling asleep..

Katrina

The next morning, I spent a good 20 minutes reassuring my aunt about why I slit my forearm. She didn't really like the idea or the demonstration that I chose to do in order to show others that I couldn't feel a slight thing at all.

"I promise, I won't do this demonstrations again." I say.

"Good." She says.

I sigh, she sighs too, then places a plate in front of me.

"Thanks." I say, picking up the fork, I stabbed it into the eggs and took a bite.

Aunt Julie takes a seat across from me.
"So, listen. Sammy is coming to stay with me for a few weeks."

"Oh, nice. Haven't seen him in a very long time." I say, making my aunt smile.

"Yes, same. Alright, so I'll be picking him up. Want to come along?"

"Yes, please."

"Okay. He'll be here in a week." She tells me.

"Kay, sounds good." I say, we both eat in silence.

((Sorry, it's short. Feeling the writer's block still. Hopefully you'll like it and enjoy it. See you in the next one.))
