'You can do it Daisy. Just swing the door open, look at Ethan and say: I'm leaving tomorrow. Nothing more nothing less.'

That was such a perfect idea, if only Ethan was there, by himself, after I opened the cafe door.

I opened the door, yeah. I walked over to Ethan who was at the booth talking to a blond  waitress, yeah. And yeah, I sat across from Ethan. But after that it got a little awkward.

This girl had an annoying gum chewing habit. Every time she said a word, she chewed. And every time she moved her blind curls danced for a second.

"Are you the lucky monkey to his banana?" she asked curious.

I don't know about other people. But that just sounded... like a sex joke. Very embarrassing.

"Uhhh... Umm..." I looked at Ethan in a death glaring manner. What would you say to a complete stranger?

"No Lori, this is my girlfriend. Someone you'll never be compared to" Ethan retorted annoyed.

This girl, Lori, gave Ethan the longest death glare with almost fire coming out of her eyes. She barely blinked.

"Well let me say you weren't the brightest or most caring boyfriend in my tool box, jerk" she said all the while staring at Ethan.

"Well to be honest you weren't the best-"

"Look here sugar doll" Lori cut into Ethan's retort, as she faced me for a conversation. "I know you can do much, much better. You look like a sweet and innocent girl, and let me just say you're not gonna like leaving him after you feel used. Do yourself and the other ex girlfriends a favor and kill him" she said giving me a heart to heart smile. Not to mention chewed the whole way through the speech.

"Hey-"

Again Lori ignored Ethan and continued talking, "Or just let me and my girls do the pleasure of killing him and you can walk away from here like you never knew him" her blue eyes read, she was in fact not kidding. And her smile made the atmosphere even more creepier.

This was a great chance to get back at him for sneaking into my room and giving me a horrible first date.

"Um... What do you say Ethan?" I gave my best fake smile of all time. And so did Lori.

"Your actually agreeing with this lunatic, Daisy?" he asked disbelief.

"I don't see what's the harm. If your dead then it's one less player" I grinned.

"Exactly" Lori grinned in agreement at Ethan.

Ethan's face flashed me amusement and then into a frown. "I think I heard my phone ringing, let me just... take this outside" Ethan excused himself out.

Lori just gave him a skeptical look as she moved out of his way as he got out of the booth. I gave Lori a sympathetic look. After Ethan left, I chatted with Lori.

"Let me guess you guys used to date?" I asked casually.

"Yeah, long time. Pretty much a jerk in the three days I was with him" she shrugged nonchalantly.

"Oh. Well, we aren't in a serious relationship either. We really are just long time friends" I mentioned.

"Really?" for a second Lori gave a serious expression but then she gave up and laughed out loud, hysterically. "Are you guys in a 'friends with benefits' relationship? Because if Ethan had an STD, that would be a negative not a benefit, right?" she asked with a goofy expression.

I gave a tight smile. I couldn't defend the fact that yeah, Ethan probably did screw a whole bunch of girls. I just played along. "Yeah, that would be a disadvantage. Well, I gotta go" I retorted.

"Oh, okay! But, let me tell you again, Daisy. He isn't worth your time or attention. I'm sure there's plenty of other guys drooling for you. You just gotta open your eyes, okay?" she said shaking my hand in a consoling manner.

"Right, Lori. I'll keep that in mind" I waved a goodbye as I exited the cafe in a hurry.

"Hey" a voice spoke, scaring me for a second.

My head snapped towards the voice. It was of course Ethan who was leaning causally on the brick wall putting his phone in his back pocket.

"Hey, Ethan" I was still a little freaked out by what just happened in there. Talk about crazy ex girlfriends.

"Look, I'm sorry about what just happened. I didn't know-"

"No, it's fine. Look, I just wanted to tell you something serious, Ethan" I commented, straight to the point.

"Okay. What's up?" he all of a sudden got serious on me. Making me a little nervous.

"I'm moving tomorrow" Yes! Finally! Out if my chest and in the open.

"What do you mean your moving? Like down the street?" he asked worried.

"No, Ethan" I let out a light chuckle. "I'm leaving back to our hometown. My mom just got back for good and she said she's done with her work" I explained.

"Your kidding" Ethan's eyes got wide in shock.

I shook my head in disappointment. "I'm gonna stay there for the rest of high school"

"No" Ethan muttered, pulling me in a tight hug. "What am I gonna do without you?" he whispered in my ear.

I so wanted to cry now. He felt so warm and smelt so good. "Piss off ex girlfriends?" I joked.

"The fun part was taking you with me and making them jealous because you're beautiful compared to them" he complemented. I couldn't help but blush.

He gave me a look over and then spoke, "I'm so gonna miss you like crazy, damn" his eyes looked like they were about to cry. But, he crashed his lips down to mine. His lips were so soft and sent waves of heat down my back. Damn, I was gonna miss him too. I was gonna miss him like crazy.
