Sasuke’s  P.O.V.

I can’t even grasp the pure joy that erupted from such a simple physical action. Her lips felt like smooth flower petals and I couldn’t stop myself from going for another taste. The gentle kiss didn’t take long to turn into something more…feral. It was getting hot, our lips clashing together and our breathing labored between each kiss.

She gently pushed me onto my back and bent over me, now lying on top of me while she brushed her violet hair out of the way and dipped down to kiss me again.

“Lucy…” I breathed.

She drew back, just hovering above me and I drank in her flushed face and hazy pink eyes.

I love this girl. And finally, she knows it.

“I love you…”

She gasped softly and squeezed her eyes shut, leaning her forehead against mine and for a second I could see some sort of pain behind her actions.

“I love you too…”

My heart yelped in happiness from her hushed words and I smiled, surprising her.

I stood up fast, causing her to yelp from my sudden action and I lifted her up by her waist.

“Come on, we have a mission to go on.” I said smiling.

Her eyes softened and she nodded before kissing me lightly on the cheek and going off to get ready.

Lucy’s P.O.V

The morning was overly pleasant, Sasuke still hasn’t stopped grinning and it’s so infectious. Every time we pass each other in the hallway, he smiles and nods towards me.

I wonder how things are going to change now that we’re…a thing.

The thought caused my whole face to flame up. I can’t believe we’re actually together now. After all this time, denying ever feeling anything but friendship for the raven haired boy, we’re thrusted into an actual relationship.

Sakura is going to be so pissed.

I chuckled to myself.

Good. Dumb bitch.

We finished packing for an overnight stay in the Village of the Mist, me finishing first and putting bread in the toaster for breakfast. Now that I think about it, after fleeing my small village, I made refuge in a small cave in the outskirts of the Village of the Mist. 

I shrugged since I had only stayed in that cave for a couple days, so no one could possibly recognize me.

Taking a small bite out of my now burnt toast, I sat on the counter waiting for Sasuke to finish getting ready.

I am dressed in a simple pair of black shorts that ended about mid-thigh and a black tube top with frills on the top and bottom where it held tightly to the top of my shorts. My long pink hair was combed out and brushed my bare thighs and two black ribbons were tied around my horns in bows.

“Sasuke! Hurry your duck butt up!” I exclaimed.

I heard a muffled response from the bedroom and sighed looking at the clock hanging on the wall to see… we’re five minutes late.

“For Christ’s sake…What is taking so long?! You’re slower than a woman!”

He appeared in the kitchen door, navy blue bag on his back as he glared at me, his pleasant smile gone.
