He went to kiss me but I put my hand over his lips

Max: No kisses?

Ace: Not yet, I need a moment to stop shaking

Max: Okay

I walked away from him, pacing. He sat on the couch, and let me work through my moment on my own.

Ace: I don't like the idea of living without you. I don't like the idea that our children are going to be broken because of me.

Max: Lovebug

Ace: Please let me finish. I don't have a problem with you cumming inside me. The feeling was different, but you know the consequences that come with that. So maybe we should start using condoms.

Max: Can I talk now?

I could tell he was being cautious. I turned to him and sat in his lap. Running my hands up and down his chest.

Ace: Yes

I looked down, he kissed my forehead.

Max: I'm sorry for what I did, I didn't mean to. And I know you care about your education. The way I reacted was immature.

Slowly moving his hand to the side of my face, I sunk into his warmth.

Ace: I'm sorry I didn't call you

Max: it's okay lovebug

Ace: Are you sure you're okay?

Max: I'm fine, I just don't like the thought of losing you

Ace: I don't like it either, I don't want to lose you. But you have to understand we have to be married before we have kids.

Max: And that's three and a half years away

Ace: I know, but if it makes you feel any better we can talk about things we want

Max: Okay beach, barn, or church

Ace: That's a tough one. Beaches have beautiful sunsets and the ocean breeze. Barns have a rustic vibe. And ballrooms are glamorous. They all have their own charm. Which would you prefer?

Max: I don't know, my parents got married in a church

Ace: I don't know where my parents got married. I never asked. What if we start at a beach or a barn. And go to a ballroom for the reception. For our first dance.

Max: I would love that, our first dance.

He picked me up and took my hand putting slow music on. We waltzed around the living room.

Ace: We don't have a song yet.

Max: I know, when we go on our first date we'll have a song

Ace: How long before we can have a first date?

Max: Hopefully only a few months.

Ace: A few months? What are you talking about?

Max: If we win the student teacher competition the prize is a free dinner at a restaurant of our choice.

Ace: Wait, bubba you're telling me we can have a date if we win.

Max: Technically yes, we can be in public and be together. But we can't kiss or hug... any of the stuff we normally do.

Ace: It's not perfect but it's something.

Max: I know, and I wish I could do more.

Ace: It's okay Bubba, I've gotta go

Max: Stay

Ace: I can't. I haven't been in my dorm in a week, I've got to clean and get my life together.

I kissed him sitting in his lap.

Max: You tease me

Ace: Only cause I love you

Max: I love you too.

Ace: Get some sleep, you've got a class to teach tomorrow at eight and if you miss it, you could lose tenure, and your grandparents could take you away from me. There are too many risk factors.

Max: I'm a grown man, I make my own decisions

Ace: Right, I forgot who I was talking to.

I started grinding against him and ghosting his lips.
Ace: Mr. Maximilian Monroe, the man who crumbles in my hands.

I got off of him. And stared at him, he stared back at me.

Max: A man who will always crumble in your hands

Ace: Bed
