Dragon and I woke up and set to work immediately. We did some digging into P'Card, trying to figure out what his connections were with my father and Green Wednesday. He was the second in command to the security team at my father's company.

But other than that, we couldn't find much else. Dragon called in a favour with one of his military contacts and I stood to the side, watching and listening to the way the two of them. Dragon was alpha—so alpha I felt my body melting for him. He spoke with a kind of command and familiarity that turned me on. It was as if he was big man on campus, knew everything and everyone. Like he owned everything and everyone.

My cheeks flushed when he looked up and caught me staring. I was in the middle of remembering the way he towered above me the night before, the way his eyes clouded, his hair fell into his face as he arched his muscular body backward to give me what I'd asked from him.

I couldn't believe he was mine.

The night before I left the bed to wander the house. I'd been jarred awake by something but couldn't figure out what. When I let him go, Dragon's nightmares returned, and they broke my heart. I wondered how he'd slept the night he was angry at me—if he'd slept. He couldn't seem to sleep without being tangled up with me. I enjoyed being that source of strength for him but knew very well we couldn't keep doing that. There would be time in the future when we won't be able to sleep together. I didn't want him to be in pain.

I turned to look out the window for a moment then was distracted by my phon. Ohm was messaging me about what he should do with P'Eagle. I wasn't entirely sure when I became the go-to guy for relationship advice. I was barely holding on with P'Dragon as it were.

"Are you sure you're ready?" I sent a text back to Ohm. "Because the last time didn't end well because you had second thoughts."

"Well, I was thinking of starting out somewhere small." Ohm returned my message. "Maybe we could make out."

I giggled remembering how well making out with Dragon had ended. We wound up going all the way. I couldn't resist Dragon's body, his charms and the way he made me feel. If what Ohm felt for P'Eagle was anything like what I felt for Dragon, making out won't be the only thing to happen.

I sent that thought to him.

Ohm sent me back a blush face emoji.

"Play it my ear." I recommended through another text message. "Start with a kiss and see what you feel like doing after. Are you rushing again?"

"Um...no rushing this time." Ohm promised. "I want to feel his hands on me."

"Well, I don't think you need to be naked for that." I replied.

There was a pause in his return message.

"Okay, I have to go." He sent back. "I have court in an hour and I have a few more things to look into."

I smiled. "Su su na Khrap."

Ohm sent me a wink emoji.

Dragon wrapped his arms around my hips from behind and kissed my neck. I sighed and rested my hands on his.

"My friend is going to look into Green Wednesday for us." He told me. "Are you ready to go meet with P'Card?"

"No. But we have to do it."

He kissed my neck again and I turned in the enclosure of his arms. Dragon leaned me against the window, gripped my thighs to lift me to sit on the windowsill. As I wrapped my arms around his neck, he kissed me then leaned his head away to smile at me.

"I know you're nervous." He told me. "So, we're going to take a moment and you can lean on me as much as you want. Take what you need from me and my body."
