tw// homophobia (slurs), underage drinking, roofie, slight sexual assault

The day after Halloween is spent with the two boys hanging out at Dream's house. It's Sunday, so neither of them have to worry about school. They had originally wanted to go on a date, but neither of them had anything planned.

"Dream!" George yells as he jumps onto the couch next to the blonde.

"Holy hell George," Dream catches his breath as he recovers from the jump scare. "What was that for?"

"I have an idea," George smiles as he drops a small bag onto the couch in front of them. Dream inspects the unknown bag as George unzips it, reaching in and pulling out various bottles of nail polish. "I found this bag in my back pack, lets paint our nails!"

Dream raises an eyebrow in curiosity, intrigued by the idea. "What's in it for me?"

"Quality time with your sweet boyfriend," George looks up at Dream with puppy eyes, smiling with a slight pout.

"Put that face away, I was going to say yes anyway," Dream mumbles, sitting up from his spot on the couch.

George smiles and throws his arms around Dream before dragging them both onto the carpet. He places a couple paper towels down on the ground and sets out a few bottles of nail polish.

"What colors do you want?" George asks, slinging his legs on top of Dream's.

"Hm... How about green and white?" Dream says, putting a hand on George's knee and squeezing it lightly. George smiles at the contact.

"Alright, you're just going to have to show me which one is green," George says.

"Oh yeah I forgot your eyes are defective," Dream jokes, earning a firm punch on the arm from George. "It's this one."

George takes the green bottle of nail polish out of Dream's hand and finds the white one, unscrewing the cap and holding Dream's hand. His hand is warm and makes George want to entangle their fingers and fall asleep while holding hands. Regardless, he paints the blonde's nails one by one until his hand is complete. They listen to music and talk about random things, simply enjoying each other's company.

Somewhere in the midst of George painting his nails, Dream snaps a photo. "Hey! What the hell did you just take a picture of?"

"You," Dream smiles as he looks at the picture.

"Let me see!" George sets the bottle down and moves to try to see the phone, to which Dream just backs away.

"No, now stop moving before you smear them."

"Whatever, you're showing me that picture later," George complains, sending Dream a glare. The blonde only laughs and continues to stare at the picture, finding George's antics funny.

George finishes Dream's hand and starts picking colors for his own. The brunette opts for blue and white, sort of matching Dream but a different color. He paints his nails as Dream clings onto him, giving the brunette a back hug and practically shoving all of his weight onto his shoulders. George would be upset if he didn't find the action so sweet.

As the two wait for their nails to dry and laugh at funny Twitter posts, they find themselves bored again. Not much is open on Sunday so going out isn't an option, and they have school tomorrow so it wouldn't be very smart to drink horrendous amounts of alcohol.

The two of them decide to finish up any homework then just cuddle and watch movies. They both like the warmth and comfort the other offers, and are happy with their lives as long as they're together. For George, being with Dream takes his worries away. He doesn't have to worry about his father or his emotional pain when Dream is around. For Dream, being with the brunette means he isn't alone and has someone to show affection with. His parents had made him think that being alone is inevitable, and now he knows that's not true. Now he knows that George is his home, the person he looks forward to seeing and holding every day.
