Part 16

Back in Heart, Raya had her afternoon shower along with a light lunch. She felt so miserable being so long without Namaari and not knowing if she's okay. Pengu went into the palace and the chief said, "Hello Pengu." 

"Hey chief. We found where the Druun have come from. We secured the lands by breaking away the ground there around the cave system then filling the gap with water. We don't know how they have returned but we'll do all we can. For now, we are safe and will be on the lookout."

"I did feel a slight shaking...Thank you so much. Thank you." expressed Benja as he bowed

"You're welcome. How is Raya?" asked Pengu.

"I think she's doing better. I'll check on her." Raya was laying on her bed with her hand at her jaw. Her hair was in a messy bun which made her look like a whole different person. 

"Feeling better dew drop?"

"Yes Ba. Thanks for asking."

"Pengu is here. He'd like to speak with you."

Raya's face lightened and she went outside with her Ba and bowed to Pengu and Supira.

"Where's Namaari?" She asked in a very disappointed tone.

"She'll return with Sisu soon. But we managed to back out the Druun so for right now, everything is alright."

"That's great." replied Raya with a smile. 

Supira then remembered something. She said, "Pengu!"

"Yeah?"

"I have to head back home soon. My 2 little sisters are there with our aunt and they can leave the entire library a mess. They've been staying with us for the past 5 days and they've been messing around the library so much."

Pengu chuckled then said, "Sure Supira. I'll stay with Raya here."

"Okay. If anything, I'll meet up with you or one of your siblings. See ya around Raya."

"See you Supira." replied Raya.

Raya sat on a chair and sighed. Benja sat beside her and said, "She'll be back soon."

"I know Ba..."

While sulking for a few minutes, she felt the pain slowly returning and she groaned while holding her tummy.

"You gotta go to your room dew drop. Let me help you." said Benja as he helped her.

"Oh...here they come...Namaari and Sisu..." said Pengu.

"Tell Namaari that we're in Raya's room." said Benja.

Raya was in intense pain once again. Benja tried calming her down and said, "You're gonna be okay soon dew drop. Try to relax."

Not long after, Namaari entered and was happy to see Raya but was sad that she was in pain. She went beside Raya and in spite of her father being literally next to her, she held Raya's hands and said, "Try and remain calm..."

After a few minutes, the pain slowly subsided once again and Raya was able to relax. Her tense body was now relaxed as she slowly breathed. 

"Feeling better princess?" asked Benja.

"Yes I am Ba." replied Raya.

"I need to speak with you both." said the chief. Both girls knew why and got in a sad, tense mood. 

When the chief was about to speak, someone knocked on the door and said, "Chief! We need you urgently!"

He sprung up and went out and said, "Stay here girls. Give me a moment."

Supira had returned and she said, "Chief! I think I found who is responsible for summoning the druun!"
