"Presenting the Graduating class of 2019!"

The group erupted in cheers and hats tossed in the air. It was so bittersweet, I used to say how I couldn't wait to get this over with and be done....but now I'm gonna weirdly miss it. Miss Texas.

North Carolina wouldn't be too bad, at least I wouldn't be alone, I had Jason and of course...I had Xavier.

I didn't get into Duke on athletic scholarship or anything but I still got accepted. Surprisingly for my grades. I know...I don't get it either.

I walked through the crowd until I found the face I was looking for. A big smile across it, he walked towards me and lifted me into his arms and spun me in the air.

We still weren't back together but it honestly didn't matter. We were us. I was ready to spend the summer with him, until he had to go to training and enjoy whatever we got into.

"Look at you. Miss Grduate."

"Mister Graduate."

We laughed before he brought me back down. My feet hit the grass and I smiled up at him as chaos went in around us. I heard Nessa's voice approaching and I laughed.

"HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES BITCH WHAT."

"We still have a day left."

"Bitch tomorrow is gonna consist of me grabbing my diploma at pickup and then going back home. And then weeee, are going to the muhfuckin beach."

Xavier draped his arm around me as we made our way through the crowd to find my parents and his father and uncle in the bleachers.

We finally found them, seeing Jason already there. We looked up at them and they clapped.

"Look at the babies." My mom said, rubbing her belly.

She was almost 7 months now. I would be meeting my sibling very soon. Hopefully before I left for school.

"We'll meet you guys at the gate, we're going out to eat."
