Under your skin
Feel my blood flow with yours
My heart beat with yours
Sharing this body as one
Save me as I save you
This skin holds enough room for two
Under my skin
I belong with you
As you belong with me

"You're quiet."
I glanced at Dr. Mitchell or as Hayden would call her Polly. I wasn't that formal with her so I was gonna stick to her professional title. And damn right I was quiet. I didn't know what the fuck...scratch that; where the fuck to begin.
"Xavier. I'm here to assist you, with your problems, anything you might be going through but I need you to speak to me for that to happen." She spoke kindly. It had been 30 minutes, I knew she was frustrated.
"Why don't we just....you can tell me about yourself. Okay? I know you're 19 and I know your name. What else can I add to this? What do you like to do?"

"I don't really know. I wanna be close to my family."
I finally looked at her and she nodded.
"You're close to your family?"
"Very."
"That's good. So you have some family support?"
"Uh huh."
"From who?"
"Aunt. Uncle. Cousins."
She twirled her pen in hand and looked up at me.
"No support from mom and dad?"
I shifted in my seat again, and clenched my fist. I shook my head no, and I watched as she sat back.
"You have trouble with them?"
"Nah."
"No? You seem angry when I asked. You don't have a relationship with them."
"Can't have a relationship with a dead woman and a dead beat." I said quickly and she looked at me, her eyes immediately filling with compassion. She swallowed the lump in her throat and I prepared for the "I'm sorry you had to go through that" but instead-
