Chapter 13

I woke up the next morning feeling as tired as ever. My head was banging, my belly was turning and i just felt sick! I rolled out of my bed and got ready for school. Half an hour later i put my uniform on and was buttoning up my shirt. The door began to bang. Who could possibly be banging on my door at this time? I got to the bottom of my stairs and opened the door. Darnell walked straight in ...

"Are you ready?" He said looking down at my unbuttoned shirt ..I covered it up quickly.

"I told you to stay away from me" I mumbled..He chuckled to himself and shook his head

"Ahh Cassie man..I really don't understand where all this confidence is coming from..You think cos you have bare man coming at you left right and centre you can try and get rude?"

"NO darnell .."

I walked upstairs and pulled my school jumper on followed by my trainers..I packed everything in my bag and put my contacts in.

"Did you mean what you said?" he asked me ..

"What?"

"Yesterday ..everything you said ..How you hated me and dat ...did you mean that?" I shrugged. I didn't mean the 'I hate you' part ..but i did mean when i said he caused me pain..because its true.

"AFTER EVERYTHING I'VE DONE FOR YOU YEAH?" He yelled

"SEE...WHY Are You Shouting Darnell?"

"BECAUSE YOU PISS ME OFF!"

"THEN WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?!" I Yelled ...

The atmosphere was quiet and quite awkward. I watched as his eyes darkened. His face turnt into a screw. He nodded and began to walk out.

Was the last thing he said ...What a GREAT Way To Start my Morning...

Throughout my first lesson i was just so annoyed! I had a free period next so it was a good way to calm me down. I hadn't listened to a word my teacher had said throughout that hour. Liz wasn't even in my lesson to cheer me up and neither was Cashel. I had been thinking about what damien had said ..but darnell crossed the line yesterday. Never in my whole life had i seen him like that. He nearly punched me!! And put a boy in hospital ..then again ..he deserved it. I didnt even realise the bell had gone. I packed my stuff and got up. I hadnt spoken to nobody yet ..Liz had come late meaning i didn't see her in regestration. Cashel was late as always. I hadn't seen darnell since he left my house this morning.

I walked into the toilets placing my bag down next to the sink. I sighed and looked at myself in the mirror. I applied some more makeup and then checked my blackberry..

I laughed and put my phone back in my pocket. I walked out of the toilets heading for the games room. As i walked through the corridor i heard a girls voice and a familiar male voice..I hid behind a locker ..
