Chapter 50
"Good morning Cassie. We've run all the tests we need and we've receieved positive results and so we'll be able to discharge you today" The doctor explained to me
"Oh wow, ok thanks" I said
"Let me just finish off some paper work and I'll get back to you" He said
"Alright"
He left the room just as Darnell walked in.
"What did he say?"
"They're discharging me today" I said
"Yeah? That's great!" He said kissing my cheek
He sat down next to me with a bag full of my clothes.
"Erm, why have you got all my stuff?" I asked him
"Because you're moving in with me" He said
"Erm.. what?"
"Yep. It's best for us both. We can sell yours and you can live with me."
"We're 17 Darnell" I said
"Yeah I can sort something out. Don't worry about that. I just don't want you living alone anymore" He said
"Lool, I'm not a child" I said
"I know you're not. But I'm just saying that I'd prefer you living with me"
"Just admit you want me around 24/7" I grinned
"Yeah that too" He mumbled
I let out a laugh. "Yeah whatever"

"You don't understand how glad I am to be out of the hospital." I said
"Yeah well it's good to have you out" He said
I smiled and looked out of the window. We were on our way home in a cab from hospital. It felt so good to be out. I began to recognise my surroundings as drove by. I looked at darnell who was constantly taking private calls and whispering- well trying to. He looked very suspicious.
"Are you okay?" I asked him
"Yeah course" He said nervously
I nodded slowly and looked out of the window again. Minutes later we had pulled outside of what I recognised to be his house. Darnell took my bags for me from the boot.
