sweet s/o who has an intimidating resting face

alternatively called, "sweet s/o with resting bitch face" but that seemed a little too oppressive to me because the hq boys would love you for who you are <3 enjoy!

kuroo still thought you were beautiful even if you looked intimidating. it was just a bonus that you turned out to be one of the sweetest people he's ever met. you are so cute and nice for him to hold that he just wants to give you all his love. sometimes people will tell you to smile more which can make you feel bad or even angry at times. your sad face probably hurts him more than your resting one so he'll comfort you by saying, "i'm sorry they said that to you, sweetheart. it's not their place and if they're that insecure that they need to tell someone how they should look, then that's on them." although he doesn't mind your resting face, he loves that he's the one who gets to see you smile the most.

sugawara can't relate because he's both sweet and has an adorable face. however, that doesn't take away from his attraction to you. you're very easygoing, have a great spirit, and are lots of fun so he could really care less about what your resting face looks like. there are those who think you don't deserve to be with him because he's so sweet and you look like less than an approachable potential partner. good thing that you're dating one of the most positive boys around and he can put those negative thoughts to rest real quick. he believes that you deserve all his love and more, "you're everything that i want, sugar. please don't let them get you down." he's not embarrassed or afraid to tell you how much you mean to him when you need to hear it most.

yamaguchi was really intimidated by you at one point in time. he once almost had a heart attack when he accidentally bumped into you but his entire attitude changed when you began apologizing and telling him it's okay. suddenly he found himself stuttering all over the place trying to reply to you because he honestly didn't expect that reaction from you. after you started dating, he admitted that was a little scared of you and apologized for the severe misjudgment of your character. you just smile and kiss his cheek, telling him that you weren't offended at all. some people might hold negative assumptions about your relationship, such as you're mean to him or angry with him all time. this is simply not true because he knows that he falls faster for you every day.

suna is the king of having a rather unapproachable look so if anything, you were warier of him than he was of you. he thought the fact that you looked mean but were actually really nice and easy to talk to make you even more adorable. he really likes looking at your face, especially when you make all these different expressions. like the little pout of your lower lip when you want him to do something for you or the scowl that forms between your brows when he's annoying you with how lazy he can be. he never wants to patronize you in any way but he'll give you a little, "aww, what's this look for, babe? what's wrong with my baby, hm?" he'll wipe the scowl away with his thumb but he'll always give into you with that precious face of yours.

osamu has learned to take things with a grain of salt so how your face rests naturally is no concern to him. except when you're eating something that he made. he admits that he can get a little worried that you're not going to like it and the way that he can't gauge your expression while you're chewing doesn't help. however, the smile that appears after sends a joyful pang into his heart, relieving him. he finds that you're actually a very calming presence and he wouldn't trade that comfort for anything in the world. sometimes you'll wonder how people perceive your personality but he's right there to tell you that you never have to worry about it. "baby, you are the best. you're funny, sweet, beautiful, friendly, wonderful-- i could literally go on. i love you for all of it."
