if you're celebrating thanksgiving today, hope you have a blessed day and a good meal! i'm very grateful to have you all here on the blog. please enjoy. x

❥ the ramsays; you don't really need to worry about much when it comes to making a lot of food because this is their time to shine. they do pretty much all of the preparations and cooking, right down to the grocery shopping. in this case, you are their sous chef and try to offer as much assistance as possible. they always have an elaborate way of preparing so if you don't get there quick enough, you might miss a crucial step. either way, everything they make is delicious and you're very grateful for them and their cooking skills. they're also happy when you reward them with a lot of love: kita, osamu, daichi, akaashi, wakatoshi, yaku

❥ the 'helpers;' they mean well and want to be useful but they're the hot messes. they have no clue what they're doing whenever they're in the kitchen and need a lot of supervision. they either make a mess or have a small accident so you try to give them something to do that they can't mess up. one time you asked them to boil water and they filled the pot with too much water so once it boiled, there was hot steam and water all over the stove. despite being possibly the worst cooks ever, they are good at peeling garlic which can be a tedious job for you so they're happy to do it: bokuto, nishinoya, atsumu, sugawara, yamaguchi

❥ the tasters; they will help if you need them to and they do what you tell them to for the most part. however, they're mostly there to decorate and do the taste testing. they usually start by lingering around the kitchen as you begin to prepare the ingredients. eventually, they're handed jars to open or vegetables to chop but they're looking for the good stuff. they're known for stealing rolls or eating whipped cream right from the can while decorating the pie. scolding them is useless because their excuse is always something like, "just making sure it's only the best for you:" semi, kuroo, tendo, suna, oikawa

❥ the observers; they know how to cook and aren't bad at it but they'd rather just sit there and watch until you give them something for them to do reluctantly. they claim that they wouldn't do it right or that you do it better but you don't let them get past you. they look like they'd rather be doing something else other than chopping vegetables or marinating meat or making a homemade pie but internally, they're enjoying it. you know they love it, otherwise why else would they linger around?: iwaizumi, goshiki, kenma, kageyama
