non-sexual forms of intimacy [pt.2]

featuring: aoba johsai, inarizaki, and shiratorizawa (aka oikawa, iwaizumi, kita, suna, atsumu, osamu, wakatoshi, tendo, semi, and goshiki)

oikawa -> linking arms/walking arm in arm: he is very proud to have you as his s/o so the only natural thing to do for him would be to show everyone that you're with him. he likes to keep it cute and classy by linking his arm around the inside of yours while you walk together. he thinks that it's an underrated form of affection but he's happy to show everyone that it hasn't gone out of style. it's even better when it's cold outside and you link your arm around his and huddle real close to him for warmth.

iwaizumi -> sharing clothes/jewelry/personal items: he's never really liked sharing his personal items with others, even when you first started dating. one day he had noticed that a few of his t-shirts were missing, and immediately suspected you. he decided to take some items of yours, like some track pants that just so happen to fit him. the scheme was meant to be a lesson but then he found you actually wearing one of his shirts and forgot why he was mad in the first place. he could not take his eyes off of you and declines your offer to wash it as you're the only person he'd like to wear his clothes.

kita -> doing beauty treatments/bathing or taking care of hygiene together: taking care of oneself is very important to him so it's truly an intimate experience if he gets to do that with you. showers together are nice but there's something about baths that make the atmosphere especially romantic, plus he can hold you easier. he enjoys doing skincare with you as well, especially doing face masks with you and rubbing them on each other's faces. if you're ever too tired to take your makeup off yourself, you can trust that he would be happy to help you as his heart swells from the trust that you have in him.

suna -> scratching backs/nuzzling: he finds the entirety of your domestic home life together to be intimate as he thrives most in the relationship behind closed doors. you realized that you made a mistake by rubbing and scratching his back when he came home worn out as he never wants the sensation he feels from your touch to cease. if you're busy when he asks for you to scratch his back or any sort of attention, he will pull out the whining pleads and wraps his arms around you from behind to nuzzle into your back, neck, or shoulder.

atsumu -> play fighting/wrestling: he can be quite energetic and a handful sometimes but you're pretty much used to his little antics. he doesn't just randomly start tackling you and it's more likely to happen when he's not getting his way or you've 'provoked' him in some way. one time you started stretching in front of him while he was concentrating on something and he swore that you were doing it on purpose, which then prompted a little wrestling match with a few tickles thrown in there. he's a happy boy as long as he gets cuddles and kisses at the end.

osamu -> feeding each other/sharing food: he's passionate about cooking and food so dating him already has outstanding perks. he likes having you try new recipes or ingredients that he's been working with but besides all that, he enjoys sharing a meal with you on a quiet night where it's just the two of you and food. sometimes he'll just hold out food in front of your mouth and prompt you to try it but other times it's intentional and he feels very romantic when you feed each other. that is until you start teasing him by overexaggerating your enjoyment of the food and giving him a certain look that makes him flush.

wakatoshi -> drawing each other: he enjoys writing and drawing so combining that with the time that he enjoys spending with you is perfect in his mind. one time he expressed that he wanted to draw you so you thought that you would reciprocate the action. this activity becomes regular because he wants to improve drawing structured anatomy but you think he's almost too good at it. he disagrees, telling you that no matter how hard anyone tries, they could never capture the unique beauty of your features.

tendo -> making up their own words or slang: along with all the other off-beat and strange pet names he has for you, you have your own little language with each other. whenever he wants kisses or hugs, he'll ask for it but it's going to sound something like, "may i have a peck from my little chicken?" or "babe, let me have the squishyssss." some might find it weird or creepy but you're never embarrassed by him and that's probably the most intimate part for him is that he can be his true self around you.

semi -> making a playlist together: this was the first activity you engaged in together when you were first getting together. you felt connected by your musical interests and agreed that your first playlist was a successful collaboration. you've both discovered new music through each other and he even enjoys the stuff that he wouldn't normally listen to like ariana grande. music is so important to the intimate side of your relationship but you also like to express the more relaxed side by having silly dance parties together.

goshiki -> listening to the other's breathing/looking into each other's eyes: romance and intimacy for him are like shooting an arrow in the dark but somehow he ended up with you. he can make mistakes and isn't immune to upsetting you but in the moments where he can lay with you and just look at you or listen to you breathe as you sleep next to him, he realizes that he cannot lose you. he tries not to think too hard about the future but he hopes he has the potential to have a place in yours, laying so close to you.
