Brea's P.O.V.

"Goodnight! Thank you again for visiting and supporting my small business." Delaney said to her last set of customers. They all waved goodbye and left the studio. The past hour, it got packed and very busy. The amount of people that she received reached over its capacity of people, there had to be a line outside.

This was definitely a success and I'm glad that it was busy. I'm sure she made a ton of money as well! Meanwhile, Peng, Laney, and I have been cleaning up the studio before we called it a night. Peng wiped down the tables and counter, I swept the floor, and Delaney threw away some trash.

"Thank you guys for staying to help. You didn't have to do that." Delaney said.

Peng and I looked up at her and gave her a bland look. "Girl, you know we aren't going to take no for an answer and just leave this mess with you." I said.

"I agree with her." Peng added.

After Delaney was done putting all of the trash in the garbage back, she tied it up and was about to take it out. "Here, i'll take that." Peng stopped and went over to her to go grab the garbage bag.

"It's fine Peng, it's literally right at the front." Delaney said.

He ended up snatching the bag away from her and walked to the door. "And? You're a woman. It's late and there might be creeps out there lurking." He stated. "You're so stubborn." She shook her head.

"Hey, at least I care." He shrugged and walked off afterwards to go throw it away. Peng is such a gentleman to her, it's so cute. After I finish sweeping, I dumped the garbage in the other garbage bag. We're keeping that one until we know that we're done with everything.

"Where's Tai? I feel like he's been MIA all night." Delaney asked.

I rolled my eyes and placed the broom and dustpan at the back where it belonged. "Ask Peng when he comes back." I said with a little bit of agitation. Just thinking about the whole situation is just...I don't know. It really didn't make sense.

Was I being too harsh on him and not giving him a chance to explain himself or were my instincts right?

"Ask me what?" Peng said as he came back in.

"Where's Tai? Did I miss something?" She pondered.

I looked at Peng who looked back at me awkwardly and rubbed the back of his neck. I think he knows what happened but I'm not so sure exactly.

"Um..he ended up leaving early because he wasn't feeling well." Peng lied to cover for me. As much as I really appreciate his help, I can't hide this from Delaney. Besides, her event is over and it's late. What else could possibly happen?

"Peng it's okay." I said in a low tone and sighed.

Delaney looked confused and dumbfounded. I took a seat on one of her chairs and she joined me after.

"What's wrong Bre?" She asked.

I looked up at her and took a deep breath. Well..here it goes.

"So let me get this straight. You mean to tell me that you went to go get my presents, but you caught him kissing another girl who seems to be Everly  but couldn't really explain himself so you went off on him?" She summarized it.

"Yeah that's pretty much it." I said.

"That doesn't seem right though. Why would Tai do that if he's always around us the most, especially you?" Delaney said.
