I looked at him immediately and gave him a concerned look. "Oh Nolan, you are just too darn funny, am I right everyone?" I said and bursted out with laughter after. The room was quiet and everyone was just staring at me with bland faces.

Tai just took a sip of his coffee and acted liked he didn't witness anything. I stopped laughing and cleared my throat after. Then, I looked back at Nolan and he wasn't even laughing or smiling.

"Oh you're serious." I noticed.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Nolan shrugged.

I looked down at my thighs and let out a small sigh. Then, I looked back up at him the idea that he shared with us was just insane. "Nolan, I'm a writer, not an actress and dancer. I have no skills for them." I said.

"That's fine, you can practice!" He suggested.

He's not getting it. I hate being the center of attention. I've always have. The more eyes that are on me, the more anxious I get. It's an unsettling feeling that I don't wish to go through.

Hell, I can't even dance! Sure, I'll do random dances at times, but I'm not a professional.

"Hiring an actress for the main lead that has experience and is capable to do both is great for the music video. If I become it, then I would just slow you and everyone else down. And I'm not comfortable with the idea." I had a valid point.

Nolan got up from his chair and placed both of him hands on the table while leaning on it. "Which is why I said you just need practice. So what if it takes time. There are also moments when you need to get out your comfort zone. Let this be it." He argued. This is a waste of my breath. He's not going to let it go.

"Nolan, why do you want her to be the main lead so bad?" Tai asked.

He looked at Tai with an aggravated look. "Because Tai, with her personality and looks, the role fits perfect for her and I can picture her being in it." He said his name dramatically.

Um..he just met me, how can he tell what my personality is like?

"I mean look at her! She has a look of a model. I would love to get to know her more." He looked back at me and smirked. I just want to throw up right now. He's being way too stubborn and that's not even a good reason on why I should be the main lead.

"But Nolan-" Mr.Moore got cut off.

"I don't want to hear it. It's either she becomes the main lead or we will just have to find another script." Nolan confessed and sat back down on his seat with his arms crossed.

My heart kinda dropped. Why is he doing this? Tai and I made it this far to be where we are now currently and his stubbornness is going to get between this? That's just so damn selfish! I looked back at Tai and gave him a concerned look since I was freaking out in the inside.

"Sir, don't you think you're taking this a bit too far?" The director asked.

Nolan looked at the director. "Absolutely not. It's not that hard of a choice. It's either you do it or kiss your hard work goodbye." He said and laid back on his chair acting so calm about it.

That self-centered, player, obnoxious, immature, spoiled annoying absurd brat is about to turn me into Harley Quinn. He's not making this easy at all. But this is what I signed up for I guess. I looked at Tai and he facepalmed. Well, I'm not going to let this opportunity go to waste.
