                  Delaney's P.OV.

"I still can't believe that he's done all of that for you! That was really kind of him." I said. Both of us were making our way to the gym to start working out. We were on to our next step to help her recover from her breakup.

"Yeah, but I'm probably never going to see him again." She said as we placed both of our bags down.

"I mean you never know Bre! He does go to Meraki often." I said.

"Yeah, but I doubt that we would both talk to each other." She shrugged. I sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes. "Fine..okay! So today, we are going to release the anger that you have built up in you. Which is why we are going to start off by punching this punching bag!" I showed.

"We don't even have punching gloves." She added.

I opened my book bag and pulled out a pair of black ones. Yes, I came prepared for this exercise. Well, I guess you do." She said while laughing.

I handed her the gloves and she put them on. "Now, while you are punching it, you are going to say what's on your mind and how that douche made you feel." I explained.

"Do you think this is really going to work?" She asked me. "Absolutely! I have something for you while doing this exercise." I said. Her beats were in my bag so I took them out and placed them on both of her ears.

Then, I took my phone out and put on the song UGH by the rapline from BTS. Brea and I like to listen to this song when we are upset or to hype us up. She looked at her and I gave a thumbs up with a smile.

Brea looked back at the punching bag and just stood there looking at it. This was the second plan that I had in mind for her to do. I feel like this exercise will help her heal and get better a little at least. In the meantime, I walked up to her so that I would be able to see her better.

"Well..Kelvin did cheat on me." She said and punched it once.

Okay so far so good. "How does that make you feel?" I asked.

"Shit..complete shit." She punched it again. "Go on!" I said to encourage her.

"He made feel stupid and had some nerve to call me a nobody! If I'm a nobody to him, why was he still with me then?! All of those times were a waste!" She began to rage. This was a little scary, but you gotta do what you gotta do to help!

"He doesn't understand how much it hurts to see him with someone else after all the years we've known each other. It pisses me off that he acts like nothing has happened and that everything is fine when clearly it's not!" She shouted and began to punch the punching bag a few times.

She screamed the lyrics while punching the bag still.

"YES BREA, LET IT ALL OUT!" I shouted back.

People were looking at us like we were psychopaths but we didn't care. This was for all for Brea! She punched the bag like an anime character and Apollo creed combined together. It seemed like this exercise was helping her a lot!

She stopped and continued to sing the chorus of the song. I walked a little closer to her to sing with her and both of us ended up giving each other chest bumps like we were dudes. This was definitely a bruh girl moment.

Brea and I made it back home from the gym and we were exhausted from our workouts that we had to do. Today was leg day and our legs feel like noodles. "Okay Laney, i'm about to go take a shower." Brea said while dragging herself to the stairs.

"Alrighty!" I replied.

As I made my way to the fridge to get a bottle of water, my phone began to ring all of a sudden. I walked to my book bag to get it out. After that, I checked to see who it was and it was Hugo.
