Chapter 58

Tai's P.O.V.

Everything was turning out well. The both of us were sitting on the picnic mat, eating, goofing off, and admiring each other's company. Is this what genuine happiness feels like? Lately, I've been feeling all warm in the inside.

Like a soft fluffy teddy bear getting hugs from a child.

And that spark. I felt that specific spark that I like to feel when it comes to a person.

When you share this special connection with someone, it feels like not only just pure happiness but fate. As if they are meant to be in your life. And this special connection doesn't just have to do with falling in love.

It could be any kind of relationships or bond.

"Mmm, this sushi taste way better than the last time." Brea muffled said with food in her mouth.

I began to burst out with laughter. She glanced at me with a confused look.

"What?" She asked.

I leaned in a little closer and grabbed a napkin. Then, I wiped the corner of her lips to wipe the spicy mayo off of her face gently.

"I'm really glad you like it but someone's enjoying it a little too much." I said as I wiping her face.

"Damn right I am. Where did this come from?" She asked.

"Oh well you know..I had to put a lil something together real quick." I replied with confidence.

Her eyes widened.

"You made this?!" She asked with surprised.

"Mhm!" I replied.

She gave me a soft smile and looked away quickly, hiding her face.

"You got another napkin?" She muffled.

I titled my to try to see her and leaned in a bit.

"Are you..crying?!" He asked.

She raised her hand out and bent her fingers quickly to show that she needs and is waiting for the napkin. I grabbed her hand gently and flipped it over to plant a kiss. Once I did, I grabbed a napkin for her and she began to wipe her tears away.

"Brea why are you crying?" I chuckled a bit.

"Because!" She replied.
"Because..?" I replied.

Once she was done wiping her tears away, I noticed that she was crying almost a river. Her nose was even a little red.

"It's because this is the best sushi that I ever had in my entire life." She cried.

                 Brea's P.O.V.

The truth is..I'm just feeling touched about every single thing that Tai has prepared for us. He even cooked sushi?! I don't think he's made this type before and if he didn't, then he did a really good job on it.

Everything is just perfect in my eyes. And I could just shower him with kisses at the moment if I could. That's how he made me feel.

"Don't worry, i'll make sure this wouldn't be the only time that you will have this." He smiled.

"Good." I smiled back.

There was a loud bang coming from somewhere. Here I thought it was a dream but it turned out to be real.

"Your time is up!" A lady yelled aggressively.
