Brea's P.O.V.
"I'm sorry what?" I asked her while giving her a fearfully surprise look.
"I said we are going to a club this Friday!" Delaney cheered. I gave her a blank stare for like two seconds and bursted out with laughter all of a sudden. She looked at me with a blank look too. "Yeah, nice try. You think I will have the energy to go out partying when I could just stay home and binge watch Academy Royale?!" I said.
Delaney let out a sigh and facepalmed. Then, I got up from her bed. "I'm serious Brea. I really think that going out to have some fun could help you take your mind off things. Plus, we haven't been to a club in a while and we deserve to go." She explained her reason.
I crossed my arms and looked away. Out of all people, Delaney knows that I hate going out to clubs most of the time. I'm also not in the mood be around a bunch of people. "Look, I know what Kelvin did to you was horrible and I wish I had the strength like Hercules to throw him off to space, but you can't do this to yourself Bre." She stated.
If Delaney wants me to get better, then we should definitely not go to a club. I'd rather stay in my cozy home and lock myself up in my room in the dark. "There's no way that I'm going to that club and you're not going to make me go. I'll lock myself up in my room if I have too!" I said.
***** {A few days later}*****
"I can't believe you're making me do this." I said while feeling a bit annoyed. Delaney was getting me ready for the club in her room. She was finishing up the touches of my make up.
"I'm doing this for your own good! These past few days, you haven't even left your room and you haven't been eating much either. It's like your spirit has left your body." Delaney said while putting a little bit of highlighter on my cheekbones.
She isn't wrong. All I've been doing is laying on my bed either watching tv, sleeping, or balling my eyes out. I didn't even have the energy to go to work so I had to use my sick days excuse to stay home. It's been a couple of days since I last went to Meraki and I usually go everyday but..I just wants feeling it.
"Okay I'm done now!" Delaney exclaimed. I got up from the chair and looked at myself in the mirror. I was wearing a red bodycon silk spaghetti strap dress with gold glittery heels with strings wrapped around my calves, a low slick ponytail, and a natural makeup clean look. This was definitely out my comfort zone and it felt weird seeing myself like this.
"You look stunning!" Delaney complimented.
"Thanks." I said with a sheepishly look on my face. Delaney took off her robe and she was already wearing her dress. She was wearing a white strapless bodycon silk dress with silver heels and had her hair curled up. She already did her makeup too and she also had a natural look on her face.
"You look pretty!" I said with a smile.
"I know I do, but thank you!" Delaney said with confidence and flipped her hair. Both of us had giggled and heard a knock on our front door. "That must be Hugo! You ready?" Delaney said while grabbing our purses.
She handed it to me after and I grabbed it from her. "I guess." I shrugged.

Delaney, Hugo, and I had made it inside the club after standing in that long line for half an hour. It was a little crowded and people were either drinking, dancing, or talking. There was so much going on here, that it made me feel so uncomfortable.
"Well guys, that's my que!" I said while trying to a run for it. Delaney grabbed my arm quickly and dragged me back to them. "Hey, you're not going anywhere miss!" Delaney said.
