I was dunk. I knew what for sure. I know I shouldn't but I missed the alcoholic beverage. It felt good in my system again.
When my parents died, all I did was drink. The pain was too much.
My sight was blurry and I kept stumbling over everything.
"I'm going to the bathroom." I said to Lacey. She rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. She seemed pissed off, but I wouldn't be surprised. That guy was a dick.
Once my bladder was out the way, I washed my hands and walked out.
"Chase. Baby." It looked like Lacey, but when he touched my arm, I didn't feel the sparks I usually get. Maybe it was just the alcohol affecting me.
"Yeah?"
"I've got us a bedroom. Want to join me?" I nodded against my own will, her leading the way. I shouldn't do this, but I wanted to be complete with her and she was 18 anyway.
Lacey pushed me down on the bed and started to take off her clothes- I just noticed she was wearing completely different clothes. Maybe she changed while I was in the toilet.
"I need you Chase." I happily obliged.
To be honest, she wasn't that good. She kept rushing it and I didn't want her to rush it.
Time passed when I heard the door open. Then a gasp.
I turned around to see Lacey with teary eyes at the door. How the hell did she get over there?
I looked up to see that my girlfriend wasn't even under me. Instead, it was Lauren.
No, No, No.
I couldn't of just cheated on Lacey. I would never do that. But the woman who I thought was Lacey was my ex girlfriend.
Lacey- the real Lacey- ran out of my sight. I had fucked up this time. How was I going to explain that I saw Lacey when really it was my ex.
No wonder I couldn't feel any sparks. And she sounded different.
"Don't leave Chase."
"No, this is a mistake. thought you were Lacey."
"Liar. You knew it was me. Don't lie now that you got caught." She hissed as I jumped off her, trying to pull on all my clothes.
"Never speak to me again." This was my fault really. If I hadn't drunk, then I would be able to see properly. Lacey is never going to believe me.
"Lacey, let me explain, please." I say, my voice breaking. I could slightly see her through the crowd. I felt dizzy and out of it, but I needed to convince her I was mistaken and saw the wrong thing.
"Fuck you Chase." She swore.
"I thought it was you, I swear. I only saw you." She stopped, turning once I was behind her.
"Oh that explain everything babe." She forced a smile, tears still in her eyes. Did she believe me? "Come here." She opened her arms for me to walk into and when I did, I felt something hit my man hood.
In pain, I stagger back.
"You think I'm stupid? You really expect me to believe that you- who is still in love with his ex- saw me while having sex with her. Something you never got to do. She has probably just used you for the sex. And you let her in. I hate you!" She screamed, tears running down her eyes, ruining her make up, though with it all smudged, she still looked beautiful.
