A couple of years later Ashley has gotten a metal prosthetic arm, and has worked her way up in the police department. She eventually worked her way up to her dream job, being a detective in the FBI department in New York. One day a new woman came in to be her new assistant. She walks into the bathroom. She does her business and walks over to the mirror and looks at herself with her brown eyes staring back at her. She washes her hands, and adjusts her blonde hair she has in a ponytail. She then adjusts the collar on her white button up. She gets a phone call, and takes her phone out from her black pants. "Hello?" asks the woman.

"Did you make it dear?" asks the person on the phone.

"Yes dad, I did."

"Don't be nervous sweetie, you're gonna do great. I know you will. Your mother would be so proud of you."

"Thanks dad. Well, I got to go, I'll talk to you later."

"Okay, I love you."

"Love you to dad, bye." She hangs up the phone and puts it back in her pocket. She notices some jam on her black ankle boots from breakfast. She cleans that off and walks out of the bathroom. She enters the office and looks around nervously. A bulky Afrcian-Amercian man walks up to her. "Hello, who are you?"

"I'm Leila Nicholson, I'm Detective Smith's new assistant."

"Ah yes, welcome my name's Detective Darrel Jones, nice to meet you." He shakes her hand. "I'm the lead detective here, Ms. Smith is in that room right over there." He points to her office. "But let me warn you...Ms. Smith may not be the friendliest, ever since the department ordered in the assistant system, she has been a lot more cranky than she usually is."

"Oh...okay."

"Here I'll go introduce you, follow me please." They walk over to Ashley's office and knock on the door.

"Who is it?" they hear Ashley scream from the other side.

"Your new assistant is here Smith." Ashley sighs and the door opens. The door opens and she sees that Ashley is still at her desk typing stuff down on her computer.

"How did you do that?" asks Leila. Ashley doesn't answer.

"It's a new chip the science department is trying with her arm, it can open her office door, car door, and even talk with reception, if need be," says Detective Jones.

"Cool."

"Well, I'll leave you to get to know each other..." He turns to Leila and whispers, "Good luck, you're gonna need it." He shuts the door and Leila goes and sits beside Ashley.

"Hi!" says Leila. Ashley doesn't acknowledge her. "So, I heard about that case you solved involving the 'west side slasher' great stuff!" Ashley ignores her and continues to type on her computer. "So, what can I do first?" Ashley sighs, and says,

"God, you don't let up do you?"

"No ma'am, but that's good right?" Ashley sighs.

"Not in this case..."

"What are you doing on the computer?" Ashley sighs again and says,

"If you must know, I'm working on the locations of one of The Naturals."

"Ah, the Jeffrey Woods case, it's always interested me."

"Ha! Really now?"

"Yes ma'am, it really is a fascinating case...It must've been horrible seeing your only family murdered in front of you..." Ashley quickly turns towards her and slams her prosthetic arm down on her desk.

"Look! How about you shut your mouth!" Leila jumps back in surprise.

"I'm sorry ma'am I didn't mean to offend you!"
