Detention

At first Adrien was shocked and confused. She'd never shown intreast in him before, what changed? He didn't really care and just kissed her back placing a hand on her back, pulling her closer to him. Mari quickly pulled away once she realized what she was doing. Did she really just kiss him and better yet he kissed her back!

"I-I I'm sorry, I didn't know what I was doing!" Mari thought he may have gotten the wrong impresstion, but she really enjoyed it and it looked like he did aswell.

"Don't worry, It's okay." He tried to reassure her making sure that she knew it was okay to do that.

"I-I just uh well. Are you sure? I've been so mean to you and that was very forward of me to do. I'll just go over here." She started to get up but had a feeling that she didn't want to leave him. She turned around to see him getting up as well and grabbing her hand once again but this time she was glad he did.

"No stay here, I really didn't mind. If anything I liked it." A blush started to form on his face as he said that.

"Wait what?"

"Uh I didn't say anything, I-uh." Adrien was sure flustered by now but before he had time to process what he just said her lips were on his once again.

"Mari, are you sure? I mean you hate me." Adrien broke away. Didn't she hate me?

"Who said I really hated you." She smiled looking up into his eyes and he was shocked. Before he gave it any thought he leaned down and kissed her again. Mari slowly snaked her arms around his neck. She'd never been kissed like this before and she enjoyed it. He grabbed her waist pulling her closer to him to deepen the kiss. He picked her up pinning her against the wall and she wrapped her legs around him. She wasn't really sure if she wanted this but she wasn't going to stop it. He was so much more gentle than Luka was. She got lost in the moment, his kiss was so intoxicating. Before she could enjoy it more he pulled away leaning his head agaisnt hers.

"Mari, I-I don't want to hurt you. I don't know what happened but I really dont want to make it worse." Mari looked up at him and for once she was happy.

"Don't worry, your not hurting me or making things worse. I promise." She looked at him and made sure he knew that he wasn't hurting her. He looked away but kept holding her up. She turned his face towards him and went to kiss him again but he stopped her.

"Are you really sure you want to do that?" Adrien had a smirk on his face and she could tell he was teasing.

"Yes I do, now stop teasing and kiss me."

"Who said I was tea-" Mari kissed him before he could finish what he was saying. She tangled her hands in his hair and pulled him closer.

"Mari." He pulled back again.

"Yes?"

"Please don't hurt me, I know what kind of person you are." She felt terrible once he said that and for once. She didn't want to hurt anyone anymore. Alya was wrong, not every guy was the same.

"I won't I promise." He captured her lips once again. She never noticed his hand on her thigh until now. When did he do that? Well, whatever she didn't really mind. She just wanted to enjoy this moment. She really liked him but she was scared too because of Luka. He really hurt her but she didn't think Adrien would.

"Adrien?" She pulled away from him.

"Yea?" He put his head against hers and waited for her to answer.

"Can we stop please?" She'd slept with many people before but something told her to wait with him. She doesn't know what is going on in her head but it was a protest from her older self.

"Yea of course." He put her down and they started walking back to the desk to finish some of their homework. It's not that she was scared, it's because she didn't want to go any further. She wanted to actually get to know him first. Something she's never done. Alya would murder her if she told her she let him kiss her.

"We should be getting back to work. I wanna finish this so I don't have to much work to do tonight." Mari suggested as she walked back over to the desk. She pulled out her textbook and started working. Adrien followed her lead and started doing his work too. He also didn't want to have to do any work at home. Adrien called his dad before going to detention telling him that he'll be staying after school for a bit.

"Adrien, what did you get for number 4?"

"32, why? Did you get a different answer?"

"Uh yea. I got 34." She didn't know where she went wrong. Adrien was a genius so his answer was obviously right.

"Did you add or subtract the 2 from the extra mass?" Right, she forgot about the extra weight being taken off.

"I totally forgot that the extra weight was taken off of there. Oops."

"Ah yeah that'd get you 34." She was so cute when she was confused. He really wanted to get to know her but it'd have to be out of school time because she sure wouldn't want anyone finding out about our little 'make-out' session.

"Hey uh Adrien?" She didn't want to let other people know about this.

"Yea, I know what your going to say. Don't tell anyone about this." I already knew what she was going to ask.

"Um yeah." Detention was almost over and she didn't want it to end. Could she ask him to come over? No that's a bad idea. Someone could see them and It'd be a disaster.

"Well our detention is over, so see you tomarrow." Adrien started packing up his stuff and started walking towards the door.

"Adrien wait!" Mari yelled out to him and he turned around confused.

"What's up Mari?"

"I-I uh do you um want to do this again, just not in detention of course. Just like meet up in the library."  She was now definitly stuttering and rambling.

"Sure why not, I've gotta get home now. Walk out with me?"

"Yea lets go." Mari packed up her stuff and they started heading out of the school having some small talk. Mari was really beginning to open up to Adrien and he loved that. She was telling him about her past self before Luka happened. He tried to ask what happened but she wasn't ready to tell him yet. Just as they were walking out of the building they saw an old man fall over and ran up to him to help him up.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" Mari was grabbing his walking stick while Adrien was helping him up.

"Yes I'm quite alright, Thank you both." The man started walking in a different direction than the pair. 'Thank you both' he said while holding two small jewlery boxes.
