1 Week Later

Marinette walked up to the school to see her three friends waiting for her. The school was closed for about a week due to some maintenance that they needed to fix. She was finally allowed to walk alone again. As she walked closer to her friends they waved at her.

"Hey Mari!"

"Hey dudette, you're feeling better!"

"Yeah I am, food poisoning is not fun." Even though her worst symptoms went away it still took a week for her to get back to 100% again.

"Haha it really wasn't, you should have seen her."

"Adrien, really? I won't let you help me again." She said in a sing-song tone while walking into the school with Alya.  Nino and Adrien soon followed behind, talking. Once they got into their classroom they all sat down and started talking to each other.

"So what did I miss while I was gone?"

"Just Chloe doing her normal stunts, like always." Alya said while rolling her eyes. Adrien remembered who she was a while ago since they were childhood friends but he forgot about the extremes of her actions until Marinette wasn't there.

"She wasn't like this when she was a child."

"She changed once her father became the mayor."

"What was that about my father Nino?" Chloe walked up behind him.

"N-Nothing, I was just telling Adrien that your father is the mayor." She rolled her eyes and walked over to her desk.

"We should do a double date soon!" Alya always came up with the best ideas.

"I would love to but my father."

"By the way. When will I get to properly meet him?" Adrien sighed, the only times she's met him is when she was there after her fight.

He leaned over and whispered into her ear. "If you want to, tonight or tomorrow would be fine." She smiled as the teacher walked in. They all turned back to the front of their desks and paid attention to their teacher.

After school the four meet at the bottom of the stairs. Adrien noticed that Gorilla wasn't there at the normal time so he quickly grabbed Marinette's arm and pulled her away from the others.

"Adrien!" She looked over at Alya and mouthed 'help me'. Alya just looked at her and laughed alongside Nino.

"Before I have to leave." He looked around before leaning down to place a kiss in her lips. He moved down to her collar bone before leaving a mark.

"Really?" He smirked and walked away.

"Have fun explaining that tonight!" She just shook her head as he walked away towards his car. Slightly stuck in shock she slowly walked out from behind the school over to Alya and Nino.

"What was that about dudette?" She immediately turned red and just smiled. She was turned in a way so that neither friend could see her neck.

"Mari... What did you do?"

"More of what he did..." Her face grew even redder as Alya moved around to the other side of her.

"What did he do?" Nino was just oblivious as always.

"Um, Nothing! See you guys tomorrow." She ran off before they could pester her anymore. Both Alya and Nino looked at eachother, clearly confused.
