The Disappearance

2 pm on Saturday

"I will." She knew she was safe with him but she was still scared. After all, someone just tried to rape her, again. With each of his kisses on her neck, she started becoming more aware of her feelings. She knew he'd never hurt her but she still was recovering. He began to run his hand behind her shirt which she loved but she realized she didn't want this at the moment. She loved him but she just couldn't.

He noticed something was up from the way she was tensing up. It was the way she tensed up after he saved her from Luka. Memories started flooding in and she was on the verge of tears, she wanted to stop this.

"A-Adrien. I-I." He knew what she was going to say. He was glad she spoke up this time without having to make him notice. He took a second to look at her and noticed that she was about to cry.

"C-Can...You....Stop?" That's all he wanted to hear from her. She's never admitted that on her own before. He saw the fear in her eyes come back up that hasn't been there in a long time.

"Of course." When he moved away she grabbed him and pulled him into a tight hug. She didn't want to let go, she was about to cry and needed her partner.

"Thank you, for telling me to stop." He said.

"Wha-"

"No, I'm proud we are making progress beautiful. I love you so much."

"Why does this always happen to me?" She teared up. (Let me tell you why honey... men SUCK there are a few exceptions like Adrien and some other boys but most of the male population sucks. P.S. if you are a boy PLEASE be an Adrien NOT a Luka, much appreciated - Penny)

"I don't know princess." She wanted to go take a walk but knew it was too dangerous too, just thinking about going out without Adrien made her heart beat faster.

"Can I message Alya now?" She wasn't in the mood to deal with her right now but she needed the distraction.

"In the morning okay? C'mon you need to rest up."

"Fine. I'm pretty tired anyways." She went over to her dresser and felt a sudden dizziness hit her. Adrien looked over at her and noticed she started swaying back and forth. All of a sudden everything went black again and she was out.

"Mari!" He ran over and caught her. She had too much stress on her that it was taking a toll on her body. She had to deal with her hero life/normal life, her past trauma, school, the people at school, her concussion, and then the fight with Alya. He didn't realize how loud he yelled until Tom and Sabine came running upstairs.

"What happened?" Tom gave Adrien a dirty look, almost as if he was blaming this on him.

"I-I don't know! One minute we were talking and then she got up and passed out. She has a concussion because she fell at school the other day like I told you before."

"Okay, we are taking her to the doctors. Something's clearly wrong." Sabine's voice was shaky.

"Okay but I'm coming with, please?"

"Of course dear." She wasn't going to let her daughter wake up at the hospital without having him there. Tom went to go pick Mari up but Adrien already had her in his arms. He would never leave his princess alone. They walked out to the car and he put Mari in and buckled up her seat belt before getting in the car with her. She still hadn't woken up and that really worried everyone. He remembered he still had her phone in her pocket so he sent a message to Nino and Alya.

<Mari> Hey guys, this is Adrien. Something happened with Mari so we're on the way to the hospital right now.

<Alya> What! Is she okay?
