Chat was carrying her across the city, unsure of where to go. Marinette could tell he had no idea where he was going so she pointed in the direction of her house. Chat was confused but follwed what she was saying. He kept looking down at her to make sure she was okay but she kept her head buried into his chest. She didn't feel like having eye contact while she was in the midst of another flashback. They got to Mari's balcony and he set her down. Once she was out of the safety of Chat's arms she broke down. She couldn't stop the flash back anymore. She was gripping the sides of her head and pulling on her hair. Chat noticed that it was a flashback because he witnessed Marinette having on a couple days ago.

"Mari, hey look at me. Your safe from him." Chat bent downt and cupped her face making her look at him. She wasn't able to see Chat, all she saw was Luka.

"No, No get away!" She pushed him away and tired to get back into her room but Chat grabbed her arm pulling her into a hug.

"Mari, it's okay. It's me Chat." He wouldn't let her go, he just stayed there. She did try and get out but he wouldn't let her. He had to get her out of it again. She didn't deserve this.

"Ch- Chat?" Oh right, she's never met 'me' before.

"Uh yeah, I'm Paris's new protecter along side with Ladybug."

"How did you know my name?"

"Uh I heard that guy say it." That wasn't a complete lie but I couldn't tell her who I was.

"Mari, who was that?" He really wanted to know if that's the who hurt her. It just made him so angry just at the thought.

"Uh, It's not important. Can you let me go please? I'm really tired and want to sleep." Truth was, she just wanted to go cry. She knew that he was her partner but he was still a stranger to her.

"Uh sure, have a goodnight." He jumped off her balcony and off into an alley to transform back.

Adrien's POV

I needed to go see her as Adrien. I knew she wasn't just tired, seeing Luka had a huge affect on her. She's probably back into the flashback again.

"Kid, are you okay?" Plagg took me out of my thoughts.

"Plagg, I've got to go see her, but as my civilan self. I don't know what happened with her and that boy but I have an idea. If I'm right I need to be there for her." Before I let Plagg answer I started off towards Mari's house. It was only 6 pm so it should be fine for me to go over there. As I ran back to her door I saw him walking towards her house. 'Oh no you better leave her alone' I thought to myself while I watched him cross the street. I burst into the bakery
and asked if Mari was there. I already knew she was but they didn't know that.

"Why do you ask son?" Tom was so confused because he's never met Adrien before.

"Oh uh, she left something at the school and I've been so busy this is the only time I was able too."

"Oh alright dear, she should be in her room." Sabine let him in and mentioned to where the stairs were. I walked up the stairs knocking on Mari's trap door to her bedroom.

"Mari, I brought your papers you missed."

"What papers? I didn't miss anything." She looked so confused.

"I made that up, I saw you on your balcony. Is everything okay?" I could tell her eyes were still red and puffy from crying.

"I'm fine Adrien." I knew she was lying.

"Mari talk to me. Please, I know your not okay."

"It- it's Luka, He's back." That was all she could muster before she fell into my arms, bawling.

"What did he do? Mari, please?" She pulled away from me to answer.

"I-He. He hurt me. Mentally and physically." I felt a huge wave of anger come over me, I just wanted to kill him.

"What? Did he hit you?"

"He did everything, he took my first kiss, my first-." I didn't want to hear what she was going to say, I already knew what she was going to say.

"Mari, I'm so sorry." I didn't know what to say, She looked so hurt and broken.

"It's fine, I probaby deserved it." She looked away from me hiding her face, she probably was going to start crying and I needed to support her.

"No Mari you didn't, no one deserves this. Ever." How could she even think that. This isn't something some one deserve.

"Mari, look at me." She slowly turned around trying to hold back her tears. I'm ready to murder this Luka guy. Oh no, she had the same look as she did when I found her the first time she had her panic attack.

"Adrien." It looked like she was about to say something but stopped herself. I just pulled her into a hug, I would do anything to proctect her. Even if I've only known her for a few days.

"C-Can we do something to take my mind off of this?" How did she trust me this much and we barely know each other.

"Of course, Movie?" I thought that'd be the best idea since we wouldn't have to talk at all and she could calm down.

"Yea that works. I'll get my computer." I watched as she went to go get her computer from downstairs, leaving me alone.

"I got it, what do you want to watch." She motioned for me to come up with her to her bed. I gladly came up and sat next to her.

"Comedy?" I shurgged, She didn't say anything and just clicked on a movie.

No One's POV
The two watched their movie laughing and talking. Mari was calming down and leaned her head on his shoulder. The movie was almost finshed and it looked like Mari was already asleep. He started to get up making sure to not wake her up but when he started walking away she grabbed his hand.

"No, stay please. He knows where I live and I'm scared." Mari made puppy dog eyes at Adrien and he knew he couldn't resist her.

"Sure. I won't let him harm you ever again I promise. I will do everything I can to keep you safe." They have only known each other for a short amount of time and already he felt a wave of protectiveness overcome him. Adrien layed back down beside her holding her in his arms. Soon enough the two of them fell alseep. For the first time in a while Adrien felt loved and Mari felt safe. Was he her new person? Her new home?

Yea, he was her home.
