Marinette's house

"I'm fine Adrien, I can walk."

"I know you can but you're my princess so you get to deal with it." She smiled for the first time in a bit. He was happy to see a smile on her face again, which brought a smile to his face.

"Everything happens for a reason, right?" She asked, already knowing what his answer was.

"Of course, it makes us stronger. Everything that has happened has brought us closer. If we can make it through all of this and still be together, then there's a huge chance that we'll be together for a long time. We're together for life and death. Mari, it's amazing being with you. You're probably the strongest person I've met. I know we've only known each other for just under 7 months but honestly I feel like we met a long time ago."

She didn't know how to react, her face just turned into a tomato. He could see her trying to hide her face but could tell she was flustered by her red ears. By now they finally got to her bed and he set her down.

"Did I make someone flustered?"

"What me? No of course no-" He cut her off with a kiss. It shocked her at first but then she kissed him back. After a minute she pulled away.

"I need to tell you something, it's a decision that I made with my mom today."

"What is it?" He was kind of scared over what it could be.

"I've decided that I'm going to stop taking my birth control. I keep forgetting it anyway. So from now on we're going to have to be careful."

"Is that the only reason?" He said while grinning at her.

"Most likely..." Further down the line she might change her mind as to why she decided to stop taking it.

"Uh huh." Now he was just teasing her. He mainly just wanted to see a smile on her face again.

"Little mister is having fun teasing me I see." 'huh, where have I heard that name before?' He thought to himself. It reminded him of something that he hasn't thought about in years. The little girl he used to play with when he was younger. He never knew what happened to her, one day his father told him that he'd never see her again.

"Little mister?"

"I don't know, it just felt right?"

"Uh huh little lady." She felt like that name was familiar, as if someone has called her that before. They both laughed at each other. Nothing could ever change about them, they have always known each other, even if they were split apart.

"No matter how tough things get I will always be here Mari. To make you smile, laugh, and forget about everything for a slight minute."

"I love you so much." She felt terrible for hiding the one thing that he should know, her abortion. Adrien saw her face change and immediately pulled her into a hug.

"I love you too Mari, what's on your mind?" She wasn't sure if she could tell him. Maybe another time but not right now. She didn't want to change the mood that they had built up.

"I'll tell you another day. Now's not the time Kitty." He was worried about what it could have been but knew she'd tell him when she was ready.

She didn't know how to tell him, how could she? She did promise that she'd told him everything. Would he be mad at her for not telling him sooner? All these thoughts kept going through her head and she didn't know what else to think.

"It's okay princess, whenever you're ready. Okay?" She started to panic and just wanted to tell him now. She couldn't stop thinking about how he would react.
