There had been an Akuma fight almost every other day since Seeler. The duo had gotten closer after that fight. Chat was still worried that they'd get trapped again and that he'd freak out on Ladybug again. He didn't mean too but she wouldn't let him just use his power. He easily could have transformed back and recharged while she came up with a plan. During class, they got yet another alert.

"Miss Bustier may I use the washroom please?" Marinette asked. Adrien wasn't at school today due to a photoshoot that his dad planned.

"Ugh Mr. Pigeon again." Ladybug rolled her eyes at the sight.

"I see it's Mr. Pigeon again bugaboo."

"Kitty what did I say about calling me that!" Chat said nothing and walked off towards the Akuma.

"Chat!"

"Ready for this again" He rolled his eyes, he really hated Mr. Pigeon.

During the fight somehow Ladybug was trapped while knocked out. When summoning her lucky charm the villain got to her before Chat could block him.

"Ladybug!" She heard him yell out her name before losing consciousness. Chat had taken her to Master Fu to see if he could do anything.

"Master!"

"Chat Noir? What are you doing he-"

"Please she needs help and I don't know what to do. I need her."

"What happened?"

"She went to use her lucky charm and he used it as a distraction and I couldn't get there in time. By the time I was there she was already knocked out on the ground. I thought our suits made us invincible?" Tears started forming in his eyes. He couldn't do this without her. He loved Marinette but Ladybug was his partner and he couldn't deal with the fact of having a new one. She was his best friend, the person who knew him the best other than Mari.

"For you yes, for her. Not so much. Plagg gives you the power to take hits. Tikki only gives her luck to not be hit."

"Well, it didn't work this time!" He yelled out in anger.

"Look, you both are aware of the risks."

"I know..." His ears drooped knowing that it was the truth.

"Okay, I'm going to give her miraculous to you to give to someone to deal with the Akuma while she wakes up."

"What? No!"

"Adrien! You have no choice, the Akuma needs to be cleansed!"

"Okay..." Fu took Marinette to another room and took off her earrings. He brought them over to Chat.

"Give these to someone you can trust."

"I will." He had no clue who he would give them to. Maybe Alya? It was his only choice. He went to Alya's place and explained to her what had happened with Ladybug. She took the earrings with caution.

"Remember no one can know about this."

"Of course." Alya said as she transformed. She felt weird in the suit and was glad it was a one-time thing. During the fight, Hawkmoth noticed that something was different with Ladybug and tried to use that to his advantage. Of course, he lost like every other time and the two defeated the Akuma.

"Miraculous Ladybug!" Alya yelled as she watched everything being repaired. After Chat got the earrings back and headed out towards Master Fu.
