"are you still mad at me?" i ask billie.
"a little, yeah."
"why?"
she shrugs her shoulders. "just am."
i sit on the bed. "we're in hawaii, it's your birthday soon, can you at least pretend to not be mad at me for the time being?" i ask.
billie doesn't say thing she just turns her head away from me. i sigh loudly, look at the back of her head, and pat her back before getting up.
i close the door behind me then walk outside to see maggie, sophia, and jessie talking.
i look around for somewhere to sit. "sit on my lap." sophia says.
"just move over, it's big enough for both of you." jessie says.
sophia moves over and i sit down next to her. immediately, she moves closer to me.
"what are we talking about?" i ask.
"about where to go for dinner tonight." maggie says.
"oh okay."
"where's bil?" jessie asks.
"in our room, she's still mad." i say.
"she's such a kid." maggie says.
"yeah, i don't care anymore." i sigh afterwards.
"you guys fight a lot?" sophia asks me.
i turn towards her. "no, not really."
"ahhh, okay." she tells me.
i smile at her and look forward again. "let's get sushi or something like that."
maggie eyes widen. "dude i haven't sushi in so long, yes."
"im down." jessie says and sophia nods in agreement.
"ill go tell everybody." jessie gets up.
"im gonna go get ready." sophia gets up with her and they walk away.
