2 weeks later..

"where are you going?" i ask brandon

"out." he says.

"out where?" i ask.

"don't worry about it." he says as he puts his jacket on.

"well can you bring me home then? i didn't drive here." i tell him.

"nah stay here." he says.

"dude why?" i ask.

"so we can do something when i get back." he says. he walks up to me and kisses my forehead. "bye baby."

as soon as i hear the door close i let out a loud sigh. he's literally only using me for when he needs me and im starting to get tired of it. he did this when we dated the first time and i don't know why i came back he just has some sort of power over me i don't know. also whenever he didn't tell me where he was going the first time we dated i found out he was cheating, he's probably doing it now and i honestly don't know what to do about it.

i guess ill just have to get over it.

my phone starts ringing so i pick it up. "hello?" i say.

"hey bil." drew says on the other side. "you home?"

"no im at brandons, can you come pick me up?" i ask her.

"yea, you okay?"

"mhm, just bored." i say.

"okay, send me his address ill be there soon." she says.

"okay." i reply.

i quickly send her his address before gathering all of my things around his apartment. i sit on his couch and wait for drew to text me that she's here.

"hey." she says as i get in the car.

"hey." i say. "you coming back to my house?"

"yea." she says.

as we drive to my house it's pure silence until we make it there.

"hi mom." i say as i walk in the door.

"hi love!" she says giving us both hugs. "hi drew!"

"hi maggie." drew says smiling.

"where's that nice girl that you were always hanging out with?" my mom hesitates for a moment. "sahar! where's she?"

i look over at drew. "uhh we don't really talk anymore."

"why? i liked her."

"me too maggie." drew says.

"i don't wanna talk about it." i say to my mom.

"okay honey well im always here." she rubs my back.

i nod and smile before walking upstairs, drew following behind me.

as soon as we get in my room, drew speaks. "why did you cheat on her?"

i look up at her quickly. "i don't know, i didn't mean too."

"how do you not mean to? listen to yourself." drew says angrily.

"drew calm down." i say laughing.

she looks frustrated."why are you so mad about it?" i ask.

"because you were finally genuinely happy with someone and now i have to sit here and watch you get back with your ex that's like four years older then you, keep in mind it's illegal and he's mentally abusive towards you. im sick of seeing you cry over him again and again. i only want what's best for you but you keep messing shit up." she says.
